Wonder if they alpha and beta test lights before releasing. Shame an issue was discovered with the case causing the light to act up when from moon light you switch to low and remain on low. It will cause the light to start flashing and flickering. At first someone thought it had a hidden feature of simulating lightning but turns out it’s an issue.
Olight products are rigerously tested. The light that was released as a preproduction model didn't have the access to moonlight feature. I believe that was added after the preproduction stage. If this issue affects you, you can always contact Customer Serivce
I wish they had a red case for the candy cane. Or white.... the blue doesnt look to bad with it but still
Would have been nice! But I don't think every color of light will get its own case moving forward.
@OlightCanada well that is a shame a limited flask shaped case would have been sweet. Especially in copper or brass

Some guy chased me in a car when I was on my new e scooter 4 nights ago, its a £4000 scooter he was trying to rob it, I got away by going up a lane, when I got home and looked out my window there was a couple of serons looking for me dressed all in black with balaclavas on. It was very frightening. I have now got one of these so if I ever get chased like this again I will use it to stop them from chaseing me, these electric serons are everywhere in bristol uk and I just don't feel safe anymore.
Pro tip - Farts can't be beat and they're super, duper cheap.
Is there anywhere I can order direct from Olight within EU? I signed up on the german site but they just shipped within Germany and Austria. GB became Brexit so I dont know how shipping is to Sweden from there. Any Olight EU site or such?? 😢
My European family members buy their Olights on Amazon.UK but you can also try Olight Italy!
@@OlightCanada Thanks! Not sure italy ships aswell to Sweden. In the german when I tried to put in my information i could only decide germany or austrian country and regions. Amazon got terrible prices in Sweden and never get bundles or good enough prices. :/
Why carry a small light with a charging case, when you can just carry a bigger light with more lumens, and candela? The bigger light will still be a smaller and lighter package.
If you're traveling, the charging case can live in your purse or your backpack, while you carry your tiny light in your pocket. Use the light for a while, then throw it in the case to top it off, so you always have access to turbo. Even larger lights can't get to turbo on a half charge. If the power goes out, you can use the light while it's in the charger for days at a time. If you keep the light in an emergency kit or a desk drawer, the case prevents the light from being scratched, and ensures its at 100% charged every single time you need it.
