0:17 - Super cringe! This lady looking all weird as she's feeling up the guard's leg! She spoke to the guard, so the guard couldn't have been oblivious to what she was doing. / It's more than obvious that all of the other people were intentionally being disrespectful.
The boots the guards wear are quite thick, you don't feel to much through them, and there's even less feeling with all the layers of hardened polish

What needs to be done is Everytime somebody touches a horse or a guard should automatically be fined $50.00. Don't have the money. 1 night in jail. These morons are doing this on purpose. There is no oops or dear guard I'm sorry about it. This has now turned into a game of Chess. The tourists think they are going to win. Not when a guard or officer says Check Mate. $50.00 or one night in jail. The only exception would be somebody with a disability. They will need to ask but they are the only ones that should have access. A blind person sees through touch. Many of the guards are aware and allow the touches. All the guards and officers on the grounds have lost all control. When the shit hits the fan. It's going to be too late. 💔😢

It's a shame that people are no longer in touch with nature. I'm looking at Ormond (? Sorry, don't know all of the horse by name, just know that Ormond has a star) at 1:40 into this video, and his ears are back and he's stamping. He obviously doesn't like what these morons are doing, and someone is going to get bit. It's a shame that we can't send every person to work a farm for just a week every year so that they learn about animals and their body language, or maybe to school to learn how to read where it says "Don't touch the reigns!"
