This is one of the best Raptor liner paint jobs on CZcams. Great work man.
5:54 "My dad has a few fence panels and a shed painted this color....so he wants the car to be the same color".
That is something my simple ass father would do. LOL
Haha! My thoughts exactly! 😄
I bet your Dad is proud of you; excellent job! I'm just about to start working with this stuff. Thank you for this video.
My car is only 2wd could you please make another tutorial for 2wd cars?
Randomated yeah I better. If you use this guide this stuff will just fall off. Lol
okay i was planning on doing this next weekend guess not then im thinking about painting it with undercoating instead
LOL
this comment needs way more likes
Whats the difference on spraying 2wd and 4x4 haha
Just applied this same liner on my yukon bumpers and it turned out great!
Dude has the perfect shop all the right tools to make the job as efficient as possible
I was waiting for a scene next to the same color fence
Same here
that's the fun thing about getting older cars, you can play around with customization, looks great! I just got a Honda Element, can't wait to try this. Thanks for the video
Excellent job 👍 it looks very professional I would be proud to drive it from what I see in the video, I would love to be able to paint like that! You have a great talent!
I just done my 96 GMC k1500 in Chrysler Billet and it turned out amazing!!! Highly recommend using this!
that turned out looking awesome!! the yellow on green and black looks great !!
those old rav4s are the best and the raptor really has brought the car back up!!
That came out pretty good! It's ready for some trails now.
Amazing skills and talent. Looks good
That black looks great over the plastic bits, I may do the plastics on my Cherokee
This looks all nice and dandy on video. Open the doors and you will see a half painted car (inner sides of doors, door sills etc. are still untouched). Edges of fenders are half covered in Raptor upon closer look. And so on. A proper full body respray is heck of a lot more dismantling work and preparation.
This is just a reminder for others who think that this level of work is a 100% respray.
Other than that, it is a neat job.
Painting the rims black would really take it to the next level.
Nice. Looks better when you're able to change the color to any color you desire.
Great job. First time hearing someone wants their car to match their fence????
I just realized your shop is to close to my home ,I can't wait to come and see my hero 🤩🤩🤩
Nice work - I customised my X5 and finished it with raptor (youtube X5 offroad beast - it's a little slide show), gets more attention at car shows than anything else there - will be doing more projects in the future.
beautiful project, nice idea for my nissan long terrano 2 black. hello from France
This is the best job i seen OUTSTANDING 😇 Thank you💪
Don’t usual comment on vids but thanks for chucking the vids u do up mate 👍🏻
Thanks for your detailed information, was a big help.
Brilliant video, i was really hoping for a Dad reaction at the end! What a great son! 😁
Would like more videos. Maybe some A/T tires, bumper bar, LED lights, side step bad, and more.
Seems to ne just like Schultz ( stone gaurd ) been using it for years. This way looks alot quicker though as with the Schultz you blow it on then the big waiting period before you can can blow your primer and base down. Anyways the Rav come up looking new again well done👍
That actually looks really good!
Dude I wish you lived near me I've got so much work for you Hahaha. You do great work
Thanks really needed this detailed video before spraying my Jeep
Nice job ....looks great 👍👍
Great! You did a fantastic job!
Wax and grease remover only has to be used 1 time in the very beginning. After sanding wash thoroughly with water and dish soap then rinse. Final wipe down can be with 50/50 water/rubbing alcohol using lint free towel.
WOW great job !! now paint the rims green and the center cap black .
Great job looks awesome!
Super nice video! CLEAN!!!I really want to do this to my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Suggestions please.
Im going to buy $1000 worth of this stuff and paint my car, my trailer and bloody damn near everything I have because omfg that is cool
That would be something I would do! LoL I tend to get carried away with things
Looks great man great job
Currently re spraying my Samurai with this stuff except at high pressure for a fine sand paper texture
Great video! You have yourself a new subscriber!
I like that green!
Awesome as always!
Looks Awesome great job
Did my jeep in black last July and still looks great
How many bottles did you need? I’m trying to do my JK this week and I don’t know if one kit would cover it
@@shelbykay226 jk. You can get by with 2.5 kits.
Love it! Thanks for the video!
Bravo!!.. WOW!!.. WOW!!.. You really have a Gift my friend!
Looks fantastic
That little car came out looking pretty good. With that accent, you don't sound like you're from Kentucky! :)
Farm car...It looks like a great daily driver.
Awesome job dude 👍
excellent job!!
When I saw that shade of green I thought it was going to look disgusting. But it actually looks an alright colour! Top job.
Great vid, thanks for sharing, the Grip 4 Adhesion promoter, this will flex and work well for quad bike plastics?
How did you set the nozzle, and what psi did you spray at? Awesome video. About to spray the troopy
Should have done the rims black!
Dirty Details That's what I just wrote.
Thanks for your great videos. Could you please tell me which primer you used? Cheers, Jive
That looks good 👍
Perfect job! The green color is really close to the Grasmere Green used by Land Rover on the Defender Heritage, I love it! Could you please give his composition ?
Greetings From France
Loved the video. Thank you for doing it. What was your pressure set at?
Damn that turned out good!
I just did this 2 wks ago. I love it.
shane hicks vid?
How much paint for 4Runner do I get?
Nice job man!
I like that color.
Keep them videos coming!!
Amazing job. 👍
Thanks for the video, it was great! What pressure did you run when spraying it? I head the higher the pressure the nicer (smoother texture) the results for the body? Thanks
Hello from New Mexico, USA. I am going to be doing this on my 1983 Jeep CJ7, Black and Red. One question. What psi did you use while spraying? I heard you can go from around 60 - 120 psi. Depending on the psi is how you change the texture of the spray. BTW, great job!!
300 BUCKS! I was thinking doing that to my Chevy G30, but I think I may need more compare to the RAV4. Either was it does look gorgeous. 🚙😍
I did a Wrangler inside and out for $400. Turned out awesome
Line X quoted me $10,000
For my Van exterior .
Wow $300 ????
Thanks for sharing. Been wanting to spray my Landcruiser with this stuff for a while. Always wondered about the plastics. Years ago I resprayed my bumper and the paint shop put some kind of flex additive in there so it is more suitable for plastics with the flexing etc. Is it the same with Raptorliner?
Really great tutorial, I'm going to spray my Lada Niva with this. Please could you give me the Pantone reference of your dad's fence? Lol 😆
Great job, looks awsome, what air pressure were you using?
Do the wheels, grille, and tire carrier. Awesome job though!!!
Really nice! Could you possibly show how to do this on a 2WD?
Great work !! while doing bumpers & Trims what amount PSI of Pressure did you use ? starting mine next week
This car is indestructible. anti scratch, anti hail, anti rust etc.
Looks awesome. Love your attention to detail. I was wondering at what pressure did you shoot it and how many turns out on the gun?
Recommended 55psi,but I've seen people using up to 80psi
What's this stuff like when you wash the car? Does it trap dirt, or still easy to clean?
Looks nice 👍
Looks great.
Hello , great tip. Spray adhesion promotor around emblems and the hood logo . Does this basically allow additional adhesion at tape line when you unmask it after the last coat. I reached out to Raptor, they told me to wait an hour before pulling the tape off. I am painting the bottom half of my entire van, it's all metal, no plastic cladding like the rav4, so I need to know what is the best technique to prevent lifting of the raptor when tape is pulled off.
Not a fan of the green but I like the raptor paint,, thinking about getting me some
Turned out great texture-wise. What psi did you use??
Really cool video bru! How much paint did you use for this job though?
Nice work.
👍 Awesome job!
Great attention to detail! Really impressed with your process. Question, what PSI were you running to get that texture? It looked really smooth!
Cory Couty I seen another you tuber had it set at 50 psi
That’s really cool
Nice I did my Hilux in white in January
Gday mate. How's the Raptor liner held up since first applied? I've heard as far as keeping it clean, it's just a matter of washing and using something like 303 Aerospace Protectant?
Soo damn clean!!!!!!!
Make a video about how the pressure and distance changes the texture.
Getting ready to transform my son's old beater with this stuff. His car is similar size, I went with the 4 liter kit. Did you have plenty for good coverage?
Was waiting for a scene next to the fence to see how the colour match went.
This was really helpful thanyou!!
Can you please make a video on how to clean the truck bed liner spray gun after use?
How many bottles of bed liner did you use and how do you tint the tintable raptor liner
Hi,how many turns on the tip of the gun ?Beautiful job.
that stand at the end thou XD
Great job
