  • Hey it's Zach from 718 motorpool and today were going to be taking a look at Signal Stat and Scientific Prototypes siren line which were produced from the 1970s until the early 2000s. These sirens were mainly used around the NYC area in the 70s and 80s by the NYPD, NYC EMS and countless other Law enforcement agencies around New York City

Nothing beats the old Federal Directors and Interceptors. Nothing.

Although I will agree that they are a classic siren, I really like the Signal Stat and scientific prototype stuff

Is there a demand for a Mark VII? I bought one for my personal "Buff" mobile.. It was a Dodge Diplomat.. I bought it in 1987/1988 from SP.. I have the unit, the mic., the wiring harness and a 100watt speaker.. I may also have the instruction booklet as well..
My Mark VII doesn't have the logo and has an extra switch for an electronic air horn..
Where can I look up pricing to find values of this set up. Thanks.

So there's no definitive list of what its worth. Ive seen them go anywhere from 250 up to 500 depending on condition and rarity If you want you can message me on Instagram so we can discuss this further, If I had pictures I can give you a better ballpark
