I don't understand most of what you are saying but I understand what you do.
The sound is very distorted so it is impossible to get an impression of the sound quality. Either you drive the amplifier much too loud or you overload your microphone. Sound quality is not about loudness. It should be about producing clean and accurate sound and being able to drive the speakers well at a loud enough sound level.

Don't use 24 volt RMS transformer. Only use any 24 v SMPS or any transformer below 20( or 18) volt RMS.
This is xy c50l Ap3050d is only 2*40=80 watt capable, wuzhi pa50wx2 Aslo same, because it's original IC name CS8673E it's datasheet available on online but in Chinese language. In datasheet they say ic is capable of Max voltage 30 means you can use 24 volt RMS transformer with HEAT SINK, but problem in board that cause short circuit.
I checked 12v SMPS and 12v rms(max DC output 15volt) 4 amp transformer. I got 40 to 50 watt output in 2*8 ohm(=4 ohm) load speaker.

Bhai ampere jiyada hone se koi Fark nai padta tumhare board k volt or speakers ke ohms match nai kar rahe is liye ic heat ho 😊

Don't use transformer use ( smps or adaptor ) for best results. Try karo 12v adapter se agr aapka board sahi hoga to chal jaaygi. Agr kharab ho gai to kuch ni kar sakte. Koi v amplifier board me smps ya adapter use karna hota hai .
