I am just using 12V 1.25A modem power supply. But you can use higher for more volume. I think it can take up to 19V.
Are those 8 ohm speakers? Can this amp take 8 ohms, I hear distortion at max vol

just connect the output of the amp to the speakers. Just be sure the wattage matches with the amp.

I am not sure about that. The minimum speaker impedance is 4 ohms.

Can we connect 4 speakers of 15 watt 8 ohm ?
I think it is possible. 2 x 8 Ohms speakers connected in parallel per channel which will make it 30 Watts and 4 Ohms per channel. This amp can handle 50 W per channel at 4 ohms.

@@_Ed_25 I think 12 is too thick for the terminal. But if you can fit it I don't think there is a problem. But best to ask some audio tech as well.
