It wasn’t Eurovision that put this together. This year’s song contest was hosted by the Netherlands, because the Dutch contestant won the last version. So this is a 100% Dutch organization that made all of this. It is so advanced and high tech. Never ever seen a Eurovision of this magnitude. So proud!!!!

The biggest one till now was in RUSSIA 2009 with 43 participating countries, but it was huge in SWEDEN to in 2016, or GERMANY 2011, or AZERBAIJAN 2012. The magnitude of this contest is so big that artist participated like ABBA, Celine Dion they bouth won, then Bonnie Tyler, Cascada, FloRida this year with Senhit from San Marino, as special guest Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Cirque de Soleil nad so on. Check one out in full.

The movie-part with Wulf and Afrojack (the DJ) on the Erasmus-bridge (in Rotterdam) was pre-recorded (obviously ;) ). From the moment Glennis Grace started it was all live, the bridge was projected inside the concert hall using augmented reality. The first song was "Hero" by Afrojack and David Guetta, the second one "Ten Feet Tall" by Afrojack (sung by Wulf), and you already recognised "Titanium" by David Guetta and Sia. That song was co-produced by Afrojack.

Interval acts at ESC are always something special in Eurovision Song Contest. The spirit of the founders was the "union of people regardless of geographical, cultural, linguistical differences. I know it's a big commercial broadcasting show yet that doesn't lessen the value behind it, the beauty and the meaning behind these acts. 2021 ESC edition after last year cancellation and worldwide lockdowns for the pandemic, seeing young people sing, dance, celebrate togethr takes a new deeper meaning and this act was particularly emotional for me. Praise to the Dutch for the way they did it, next year it will be my country to host and while I'm confident it will be a beautiful show I don't think there will ever be another edition like this year just because the starting point was not the same and the Dutch broadcaster were able to interpretates the mood so cleverly. One of ESC mottos is "we celebrate diversity through music" and the mood this year was just that.

Tbh, this was the best piece of eurovision from the last 20 years with the exception of Loreen - Euphoria. Reason this piece was out of this world is cause the Dutch are masters in doing events. ID&T is one of the largest and best event planners in the world before it came into US hands. The dutch are simply amazing with this kind of thing. Besides that we have some of the best DJ's on the world. This means we can put a show up with immense power and energy as was displayed by this show. When the interval acts blow every other act out of the water, then you just might be in the Netherlands ;)
We had the honor to host Eurovision this year, its a prize/burden a country gets when their song wins the contest, we won in 2019 so we got to host it.
Last year's edition did not go through for obvious reasons so the festival was postponed for a year and we still got to host it (wasnt a certainty at first it seemed).
But here's the kicker, we've been helping nearly every single country to host the show, we provide the special effects, staging, all the stuff that make it a visual spectacle.
And each year the hosting nation tries to put on the best show they can offer, and like i said, we help them with that, which basically meant we had something to prove as the main host.
So we went all out on this one and gave Europe (and global, it gets viewed in the entire world) this level of special effects and show.
We're proud of what we've given but... we dont have to win for a few years now, its a bit expensive hehehe.

The Dutch are normally a down to earth full. Our motto is "just act normal, then you are already doing crazy". But when it comes to music and our country, chauvinism and pride come up. As others say, it must be our water. In any case, we have a lot of it. Water is our friend and enemy.
Until the end of the last century, Rotterdam was the largest seaport in the world. Rotterdammers are hard workers. Roll up your sleeves and don't whine.

The song you really get hyped on was Titanium original sung by Sia and produced by David Guetta. But here comes a little suprise. The guy you see at the background the DJ that is Afrojack and he sampled his stuff in Guetta his work that made him a silent partner of this famous song that made him 5th DJ of the world earning 15 million pro year. This DJ is huge around the world as those other two songs are his aswell. He sampled many other enormous dance hits and he is a great influencer on the electric dance music.

I am not rly fond of pop - music but i loved the message in that. This years ESC was quite good i.mO. even the pop-entries weren't that bad. Of course I loved Finland and Italy the most xd Iceland was different but i liked it as well.

Eurovision is paid for by all the competing europian countries(+ israel and australia) but the big 5 pay the most (germany, the uk, France, Italy and Spain) it was started to help bring us back together after world war 2. And once you win this contest you are a legend for live( kinda like the hunger games) an your country gets the honour of hosting it next year.

The European Broadcasting Union, the organization behind the Song Contest, pays about 6 million euros. The city where the event is being organized will also have to bear part of the bill. But even then, there will still be between €15 and €20 million for AVROTROS. (so us the dutch tax-payers,same as the beste zangers, avrotros (us) pays for that too)

The hosting country will try to personalise each event to the way of their national interests , lives and artists trough the way the show is presented, hosted by nationaly popular known people, and above all interval acts. So each eurovision should be seen as national representation
