Thank you all very much!

Excellent report! Very enjoyable to watch. I noticed a few times the Necron player forgot to use the Starfire core, and the wounded Warrior shoudl have been able to benefit from their own Synapse to avoid the hit penalty.
Really looking forward to watching your campaign! You have gained another subscriber!
Yeah we forgot couple of things ^^'
Thank you!! And welcome!
I have to say this is the best kill team battle report I've seen on youtube. I really love your format. Filming the movement/dice rolls and then adding the narration/commentary on top, makes the game really easy to follow. Thank you
Thank you so much! this really means a lot to us! Glad you liked our content ^^
Another bat-rep, let's goooo
I gotta be honest, kill team seems way more fun than regular 40k to me. It's not like 40k is bad (it's really fun) but new kill team just has something special about it: it feels more action-packed and dynamic!
Great job as always, keep it up!
Yeah we think the same! Just more intense and it's so good for story telling!
Thanks!
@@SpooKimi ok the "escort" idea sounds really dope, don't mind if I steal it XD
@@SpooKimi hahahaha, see you on the Killzone then
Probably because it has a much better ratio of gameplay to upkeep - modern wh40k seems to consist of 20minutes of generating random numbers per each 5 minutes of actual gameplay.
I think Wall-E stood there fighting nids. Then reanimated years after battle :D
Cool game guys! :D
Hahaha probably XD Poor Wall-E, alone ^^'
Thank you!
@@TabletopWarbands Maybe he will find Eve next time ;)
I hope so, they are so cute XD
I really enjoyed the hormagaunt/warrior nid Kill Team. Another great batrep from you guys! Sorry, Wall-E, it just wasnt your day
He was so sad :( Thank you mate!
Wow this batrep has a great quality, you got another subscriber
Thank you! Welcome in this beautiful community!
I ❤ Honey guant!! What a beauty!! I really like these bat reps so glad I was told this channel!!
Oh thank you! And thanks to whoever suggested our channel to you!
Wall-E
It was an exciting game. Good terrain setup and first round was good.
Keep it up guys
Thank you
Wall-E
Despite their efforts to exterminate the filthy organics, the Necrons will have to teleport away for repairs, awaiting the next engagement.
Next time they will be more prepared XD
Thanks!
Great video, always love to see more Kill Team content!. Wall-E hype!
Thank you!
That was a lot of bugs for WALL-E to have to deal with!
He did his best but... :(
Thanks mate!
Great video and commentary as always! Keep going like this
Thanks! We surely will!
Great work guys! :D Wall-E didn’t have Eve to save them this time!
Who knows, maybe Eve is yet to come :D
Thanks!
Always love your Kill Team battle reports.
Hey thank you!
@@TabletopWarbands you're most welcome.
Nice first turn tyranid placement
Yeah it was :V
Another based killteam battle from an amazing channel, keep it up
Thank you! We surely will! ^^
Finally one more Tyranid Batrep! Keep them coming please!!
Wall-E
Oh yeah!! Sure do! Thanks!
Where did you get the objective markers? Ive been looking for some like those. I’d greatly appreciate it, thank you!
In the KT Base box set, the one with Kommandos and Krieg. Now you can find them in the Kill Team Essentials Collection I think.
If necron warriors had Gauss Reapers equipped the result may have been different
Probably yes!
Wall-E! That was a great game.
Oh thank you!
va bene, grazie mille fratellos!
Hey thanks! :D
Tiranids are such a counter for slow Kill teams
Totally true :(
Someone needs to take those dumb Tyranids down a peg, Wall-E wasn't up to the task.
Yeah, Poor Wall-E :( Thanks!
Two mistakes and a listbuilding opinion from someone who really tried to get value out of necrons in KT (it's hard... they have insane offense and defense but their drawback severely restricts objective game which is kind of a big deal):
1. Never used starfire cores
2. Can't use tesla weave with a gauss blaster, also it's pretty much universally outperformed by hyperphase blade (and teslas are never better than blasters, AP1 and starfire are bonkers).
3. warriors are just bad compared to immortals, weaker in every way and you'll pretty much never use the reanimation protocol 2+ on them anyway. There's pretty much no practical reason to ever bring anything but 8 immortals with blasters and 5x starifre core/hyperphase blade. The extra warrior is usually dead weight as it reduces your overwatch efficiency early on and warriors die so much faster it becomes a non-factor later. (there *might* be a scenario where it'd make sense to bring flayed ones... but I haven't found it yet).
4. Small thing, but it speeds up the game (and also helps internalize just how good these guns are): if a gauss blaster rolls at least 4 hits (not hard with starfire core) and the target has 8 or fewer wounds, there's no point rolling for saves - they're dead. Which means that against most units, every time an immortal fires there's over 50% chance they one-shot the target.
Hey thank you for the suggestions and for taking the time to write the post!
Yeah I realized too late that I had forgotten about the Starfire cores. ^^'
Why do you say the Tesla Weave cannot be used with the Gauss Blaster? I don't think I read it in the compendium.
At the moment we don't have more than 5 Immortals Necrons or we would definitely use them XD a purchase that we will definitely have to make.
Wall-EEE!!!
Thank you!!
Love your content, keep it up!! Also Necrons rule. Also, WALL-E rules.
Yeah!! Thank you!
Wall-E !!!
Thanks!
I think you made a mistake with the Tyranid warrior and synapse, they always count as in synapse.
"An operative is always within and wholly within range of itself."
Yes this matter has been carried over to the other video as well, but it seems rather strange to me. I understand your point of view and in 40k the Tyranid Warriors have this thing. But here on KT all the Tyranids have Synapse, so that would mean that all of the Kill Team models don't take penalties because they are always within range of themselves, so what sense would it have made to specify it that way? They could have written something like: Tyranids Kill Team models suffer no penalties, period. Instead they all have synapse and have specified distance. In 40K it makes sense, not here. Do you understand my doubt? ^^'
Edit: Ok I checked the compendium and I realized that on KT too only the Tyranid Warriors have the Keyword Synapse. Which means you're right and my doubt is cleared up! Thanks a lot ^^
Tyranids are to good.
Yes they are :V
5:57 shouldent the necron see the tyranid in this situation? The Tyranid has no cover from the concealed Tyranid in front of him since that one is not a viable target.
Far as I know, although models are in Conceal Order and are not valid as targets, they still provide cover to other models if they are within 1 inch of distance and their base is covered from the model with Conceal Order. 😰
@@TabletopWarbands To be sure, I looked it up: it has been added to page 70 in the errata. Cover: 'The intended target is within (triangle) of a point at which a cover line crosses another operative's base (unless that other operative is not itself in the active operative's LoS), or terrain feature that provides Cover.' The Tyranid is not in the active operatives Line of Sight, since it is concealed and in cover. Therefore it does not provide cover to the Tyranid behind him.
Great battle report, hopefully, this can help the Necrons a bit next time!
Alessandro is correct, its to stop people creating magical concealment conga lines
Oh I missed that Errata! I have read and you are right! Good to know, thank you! ^^ Yeah I hope so, the first turn was ugly for Necrons.
wall-e !!
Thanks mate!
