That series got me through COVID and when I myself had a depression phase in the fall that year.

@@McTennisCourt I am doing better by a long shot. I was going through online learning, COVID affecting my life, and the loss of one of my bassets and it really brought me down to the point that I almost didn't want to live.

Flounderfest legit stayed with me through the years, I've came back to it whenever I'm feeling down, need to sleep, need something to listen to while I work, etc. There's something magical about it that I can't quite pin down and I'm happy the series is making a return after the hiatus!

I gotta say, all inside drift + random combos is some of the most fun I've had in this game. The only reason I don't experiment with vehicles usually is because I hate outside drift in this game, so being able to turn it off is fantastic. I agree, if we could have the 8DX voting system too this would be actual perfection.

So excited to have flounderfest back, but I do think that re-instituting the "first to seven wins the season format" would be good. I think it makes it so much more competitive and exciting. So happy it's back though!

I've been watching you guys' shenanigans ever since the race to 9999 VR days, so I literally followed Flounderfest from the very beginning, having it back evokes some really sweet memories
Can't wait for this new season, I hope we'll get some episodes on CTGP too, Retro Rewind is cool and I love the new vehicles but I also would love to see some whacky races on brand new design custom tracks from CTGP, especially since I haven't kept up with the new ones in a while 🙏🏻

The update has even harder cpu's and custom music for most of the 204 custom tracks. If you read this, let me know if you want that!
