Jussi Alexander thanks for showing us how to shoot every scene because I can use these techniques in my travel vlogging to spice it up a bit as opposed to just talking to camera or POV shots 😆. The editing is where I struggle because of the learning curve that comes with every editing app. I suppose I just need to be good at filming so I don’t have to work hard in editing lol 😂
@@TessTheTravelAddict you definitely can incorporate many of those techniques into travel vlogs also, to enhance ace the story! 🙂 I believe there's a bit of a learning curve on each editing software but don't let that bother you, I'm sure you'll get more comfortable editing through repetition! 👊

Jussi Alexander the monopod trick was surprisingly good. I thought for that kind of situation a gimbal is a must. But what do I know.lol
A gimbal sure makes it easier to get that kind of a shot. But it's possible to get a pretty decent shots like that with just a monopod. I just needed more tries and the most challenging part was to hold it steady and walk smoothly to avoid tho camera shakes! 😁

I'm from Finland. Yeah man, the Canon M50 is great for vlogging, amazing autofocus and flip out screen makes it ideal! 👌
when you are throwing the garbage bag with manual focus did you put your hand or anything in front of the camera before shooting like you did with a tripod in a elevator scene? or you used an autofocus? thanks !
Honestly, I can’t remember if I used autofocus or manual focus for the garbage throwing! 😅 There was so many shots and it was several months ago..

@@JussiAlexander no worries. I have been looking for some videos about manual focuses but there are none for b-rolls or for vlogs by yourselves. Hope you are gonna do it on several situations: moving objects up and down, from left to right (right to left), and some random movements. You can make many videos on just manual focus :)
S K I’ll keep that in mind and see if I can come up with something that could cover both manual focusing and auto-focus! :)
