The 5th anniversary was actually carried by the funnest characters in Dokkan history, LR Vegito Blue and LR Blue Gogeta.
It was dry as a desert but when those animations were revealed, are hype was through the roof. The blusions carried 5th anni so hard.
I mean yea. Both the anni and WWC that year were perhaps the worst in terms of content .The WWC was only sort of redeemed with the last minute SBR stage drops.
They were not fun to run at all their kits were mid on release

@@squishcatart lol no they weren’t, they had the best animations in the game, but their start of turn stats and pre transformation stats were terrible lol and with how long it took to build them up vs their damage output they could still be destroyed by LGE. They were not fun to use at all and I’m glad Dokkan was able to make them fun after their eza as their animations were fire but I absolutely hated running them. They were mid on release, they had good damage and by they team they built up enough defence to SURVIVE LGE if you didn’t kill goku outright with their damage they could easily get supered and killed. I absolutely hated the 5th anniversary and aside from having the most hype units it was one of the worst celebrations in Dokkan. I’m pre 1st anniversary I’ve been around since launch. 5th year was a fumble and both units deserved so much better. Most people started playing around then and that’s why they seem to defend that otherwise bad celebration
It was so nice seeing truth reflect on how he started CZcams. I remember watching his legendary super warriors 11 years ago and now I’m a freshman in college. Truth has been a constant comfort in my life no matter what trials or tribulations come my way. He’s genuinely brought so much joy into my life. Wish him the best always

I’ve been playing Dokkan since a month after its release on global. I have maybe only missed no more than 20 days of logging in. I remember those dark days of never getting SSRs and stones when the game came out. Dokkan does continue to get better each year, with fun character animations new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to get stones. This is the best era of Dokkan and next year I anticipate it getting better.
Yeah usually the people who say it used to be better weren’t there, it was more simple sure but you never got the new characters. If the beat era isn’t now I would probably pick around Str coolers release
Oof yeah those non guaranteed Ssr times in dokkan were the dark ages... been playing since late january of 2016. I remember grinding for 80 wins on WT to get a Gssr ticket cause they mattered so much back then since ssrs were hard to pull 😅

@@NewHyperman6 me too! WT back was even more of a pain in the ass bc if you didn't have TEQ Majin vegetables or STR broly you were screwed and I didn't have either 🤣. Also I remember tje layout of it being different and the Ai was a lot more wonky the enemy would constantly run away from you unlike today's WT. Good times but I'm happy where the game is at now most definitely!

Favorite unit Dokkan has ever released? (Just giving my opinion as well)
Int Ssj4 Gogeta, a mix of the hype and Truth screaming "BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITCH" everytime he countered was really a time to enjoy. Also, Teq LR ssj Goku from the cooler movie. I was jumping out of my seat seeing the bird fly out the hand.

You should start collecting 55% versions of characters after you rainbow them so you can showcase 55% teams beating difficult events (if it's even possible lol)

@Ztier I thought so originally too, but a whole team of 55%s isn't exactly the same as 1 55% unit on a full rainbow team, in some of the hardest events in the game. Especially when a lot of the 55% showcases are done on events specifically to showcase what the one 55% unit is capable of
@@josephtheboi4462 I mean i feel like a 55% team shouldn't be a massive difference from a 100%. If that's the case then the units would be dupe reliant and that would make it not worth summoning which is why 55% showcases are a thing
@Ztier as someone who uses these videos to try and get a solid team build to take on the harder events, I end up falling short in the harder ones. I believe 55% units have a completely different tierlist than rainbowed units. You're right on there not being a big difference in general though, but just in the harder events it's a struggle to get through them with 55% units

Very nice video Truth, I always like hearing you ramble about random stuff. I´d love if you ignored the stupid complaints on the dokkan videos and kept up with this video´s mood like you did in the past in my opinion.
The constant arguments can become tiresome for both sides and I´d say the majority are here to enjoy watching you play and comment on different topics rather than to see who´s right about things like team builds.
