I wonder if the Chariot might be Baba Yaga. I’m not intimately familiar with Slavic mythology, but her appearance and the animals she’s associated with made me think it might be. What a lovely reading at the end too. 😊 Growing up I think I became more aware of the need to visit my folks after I got married…and when I had my little I started calling my mom nearly every morning. I think the further along we are in beginning our own families we gain a greater appreciation of our own. I also loved and appreciated it when my mom would invite me somewhere (like thrift shopping or lunch). Sometimes when you’re stuck in a work cycle you get tunnel vision.😅 Anyhoo, I enjoy your videos! That is definitely an interesting thought and you could be absolutely right. Yes it really is a beautiful deck. There is so much in each of the images on each card that it really feeds your intuition. 🙏❣️👍

Ah I hope you do manage to get with it. I looked into Slavic Legends and read up on some of the stories. I think that helped me to identify with some of the characters in the deck. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.🤞
@@ElaineMurphy66 I think the problem was that the version I purchased was the small laminated one and I had a really hard time with the card stock quality….. I just ordered the k resized version and the card stock is completely different so I am hoping to come together with this beautiful deck. Thank you for sharing and hope to see you around my channel.
I love the look of the slavic legends, I think it's the same artist as dark mansion, and I think I heard a rumour that they are going to release a companion pdf next year. The Queen of wands is beautiful. The deck reminds me of the John Bauer Tarot Please tell me it isn't coated in velvet or rose petal finish.
It is a beautiful deck. A companion pdf would be really interesting, It would be great to compare our own intuitive findings to that of the creators. The deck does have one of those soft 'buttery' finishes. Very similar to the dark mansion. I will check on the finish in comparison to the dark mansion, do you have that deck?
@@ElaineMurphy66 yes, I have the rose petal finish dark mansion deck. But I have been finding I don't enjoy using a lot of the decks being released with a velvet finish. They clump a bit.
@@AntoinetteTarot this is the same as the Dark Mansion. I have found them ok to shuffle but yes they can clump slightly. I do have decks that are 'clumpier' if that is any consolation 👍😀
Hi there. I am working through the book Tarot for Writers. It is very interesting. I am starting on chapter 9, which is the chapter dealing with Writers Block and using the Tarot to 'poke your brian' and audio in giving you a direction in which to go. The only reason my next one hasn't gone up yet is because I am really making the most of this chapter in this book and have managed to move on a couple in my own. The version with the gold edges has a lamination so it is not rose petal. Amethyst ascension just put up a walkthrough with that version.
