William Hung is an emerging voice. His academic and professional success has provided tremendous opportunity to understand and communicate winning strategies and principles.

In 2017, he discovered a new path to inspire others through public speaking by reflecting on his past success from his first album “Inspiration”. Back in 2004, this album was the #1 independent album on Billboards. The album was unique because it contained inspirational messages in-between some of his songs. This made him realize how he can entertain, educate, and empower people at the same time by articulating how to make complex choices in life with tremendous clarity and practical application. William is a highly sought-after speaker at corporations and professional association conferences around the world.
For the past 7 years, William has been taking on middle manager roles for Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Department of Public Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Marist College. I love William's Positivity, and it's so good to see so many supportive comments here. I felt like he was exploited and used for laughs around the time he was discovered so I couldn't bring myself to watch him on tv much, but I'm pleased to see encouraging comments from fans. His journey was an interesting one. I love how he looked at his choices anytime there was a junction, and he always chose the positive choice, though it wasn't always easy. Some of his meaningful quotes for me: "It's not what they say, it's what you Hear... Focus on your Mission... Respond with Love... Go back to School... What stage brings you True Happiness?... Choose to Create It, Choose to Be Happy." Beautiful message. *Jiayou, William!!!*

I did bought his very first album, my family thought i was a hooligan for buying this guys album and singing his renditions. Well i really liked his singing and also his guts. He's an inspiration to people who are doubting about themselves and being resilient, turning negative feedbacks to staying positive.

Perfect example of what the power of the human mind and spirit can do. Love this and I admire him and his resilience. I needed to hear this.
Looking back, I just now realized he wasn't that bad of a singer as everyone said. He wasn't off key, or clumsy with remembering the lyrics or anything. I think everyone just focused too much on his thick accent and made fun of him for it and it makes me a little sad now. But I'm glad to see he's doing well nowadays.

Entertainment is about making people laugh and smile. He knows how to do it. Great entertainer :) even if it was an embarrassing accident he can teach people that it’s ok to not be societally thought of as good in order to have good heart.
I remembered him because he left some funny & fond memories back in American Idol etc during his time, he did make everyone smiles. Now i’ll also remember him as cool, educated, always have that positive vibe, genuine, well, basically a great person 👍🏻

I volunteered for Tedx Chula Vista a year ago! Dang, I wish I saw him because his performance was so funny and was cool to see him actually be famous for his audition! Seeing his output of his reaction with the judges shows how it can lead to good!
