I've been in elder care now for about 27 years and I want to start my own Companionship agency. I really have no money but I have a heart for the elderly and any person who can't get around on their own. Also to tell you the truth I am tired of working for other people. Is it beneficial to hire direct care workers as contractors opposed to employees?
That's if your state will allow. We have to have them as employees

Hi, it depends on the R&Rs in your state as well as your policies. In most states nurses are hired PRN and paid per task.
