This is the scene where Cher walks down the street and reflecting on his life to the sound of All by myself, for me this version of the song in the movie was very good, but I can not find it, not to mention that Alicia Silverstone makes everything more beautiful.

(comes out of the store with bags in tow) What does she want with Josh anyway? He dresses funny, he listens to complaint rock, he's not even cute in a conventional way... I mean, he's just like this slug that hangs around the house all the time! Ugh! And he's a hideous dancer, couldn't take him anywhere. Wait a second, what am I stressing about, this is like, Josh. Okay, okay......so he's kind of a Baldwin. What would he want with Ty, she couldn't make him happy, Josh needs someone with imagination, someone to take care of him, someone to laugh at his jokes in case he ever makes any...the suddenly....(pause) Oh my god! I love Josh! I'm majorly, totally, butt crazy in love with Josh! But now I don't know how to act around him. I mean normally I'd strut around in my cutest little outfits, and send myself flowers and candy but I couldn't do that stuff with Josh.

Wintərly Heīghts It was never released anywhere. In fact, it was nearly lost forever. The only known copy of it is in her audio archivist’s vault and in 2000, after given access to the SONY vault in NYC when they were moving, he found a cassette tape labeled ONLY “ABM” and he rescued it from the trash pile. When he got home he was shocked when he played it. I got to listen to the entire song on a visit to his house later that year. He correctly described it as “a bit bombastic”, but it was still great to hear it fully on a great sound system.
I don't know how "accurate" @BoltManiac's story is... but as for the soundtrack... Jewel was signed to Atlantic Records (at that time) which is a division of Warner Music Group, the soundtrack was released via Capitol Records which was a division of MCA Records (now Universal Music Group). There could be a number of reasons the song didn't appear on the commercial soundtrack (A) Capitol Records did not obtain rights in time from Atlantic Records to release the song commercially (B) The soundtrack team might not have felt that song should have been on the soundtrack (C) The soundtrack could have been finalized prior to the film's release and during last minute edits, the films producers added in "All By Myself" to that scene (D) Jewel's recording could have been a demo-cut and the studio only cleaned up a portion of the song for the film (E) Jewel might have given permissions for the song to be used in the film and but not be released (F) Celine Dion's label Columbia Records (which is a division of Sony Music Entertainment) could have stopped the release altogether because they were planning to release "All By Myself" by Celine Dion in 1996 (G) Or Arista Records (a division of Sony Music Entertainment), who owns the original rights to the song, may not have approved a commercial release. So tons of factors could have gone into why the song wasn't released commercially. One will never know as this is a question Jewel never answers
Matthew Kim I may have gotten the studio wrong in as far as whose vault the tape was in, but trust me, the facts in as far as the tape being found and it being the only known copy in existence and now with her archivist is 100% accurate. As for why it was never released I have no idea. As for it just being a demo cut, no, I heard the entire song at Alan’s house.
