Xbox 360 is a great system to collect for right now, everything is dirt cheap!
Yeah, now is the time. Some are getting expensive but more are still relatively cheap. I've nearly finished my 360 collection. It's not nearly every game on the system, just the ones I always wanted. I bought my first 360 in the summer of '08 and it broke just two years later. I didn't get another until July of this year. A real blast from the past!

The Outfit graphically is nothing to brag about, but it's a blast to play.

Lost Odyssey is my fave game ever in xbox360, i never expected traditional turn based RPG turns so damn well. The muaic, story, gameplay, and characters are everything..

The Outfit was the game to play in 2006!! It was simply amazing and so fun to play! A true gem in my collection.

Lost Odyssey is far from being average. The story is one one the finest video game story ever being crafted, it's even one of the few games that made me cry on multiple occasions. The gameplay is simplistic, yet challenging and efficient and the art direction is in a league of his own with some beautiful scenery and original cities with even more original background to these cities. Give this game a true second chance Metal Jesus and you won't be dissapointed.
I personally loved Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey, then again I love RPG's. I really enjoyed Uematsu's music on them and kinda miss it on Final Fantasy so it was great to hear something new from him.

Import Tuner Challenge, and TER0 are AMAZING. so deep. you literally have to race at a certain time of day in real time to beat certain clubs. so good.

Cold Sniper Sometimes you keep stuff for history. Nothing wrong with keeping stuff in packages. As a little kid I remember getting age of empires 2, and my papaw who was a computer tech surprised me when I got home with it so I had 2. I kept it in the case for nostalgia.

Raketenjansel it had some unique story bits but it was a very generic rpg in terms of everything else. Yes I do own and have played it through.

It's worth noting that Rare Replay (or the Gears of War/Rare Replay combo) has Perfect Dark Zero, and a swath of great games. On XboxOne, of course..

Lost Odyssey Average? This is seriously one of my favorite RPG's of all time, and I consider it to be one of the great underrated RPG's of all time. I would own a 360 just for this game, and Operation Darkness alone!

Nerdical Network Never liked Left 4 Dead for some reason, not even when playing with friends. I heard there were some excellent Resident Evil mods for it...might "dust off" my digital copy lol

Nerdical Network Left 4 Dead is one of the greatest action games ever made.
Ben Bristow still fantastic on 360.
A couple other RPGs that come to mind are Last Remnant and (for a year, before it was ported) Eternal Sonata. I remember seeing those in a GamePro that I owned and would look through before I had a 7th gen system, along with Blue Dragon, and they looked so cool!
Obviously they didn't all live up to that, but it's cool to think about nonetheless!
And Tales of Vesperia! 360 exclusive in the west.
The Golden Bolt's Game Reviews I have Enternal sontana. It's really fun and adorable. I like turn-based rpgs.
Leon Cranswick can be played in English on ps3 with a fan patch, ps3 version has 50% more content than the rrod version
Eternal Sonata was so damn good, and thank Blockbuster for that. I couldn't beat The Last Remnant and I got stuck on that boss battle because it was difficult.

I'm confused. In his collectors guide for 360, he recommended getting this game.
@@garykellogg2758 I don't really think MetalJesus plays a lot of games. Sometimes he just gives a very superficial opinion about them, making you see that maybe he's only dumped an hour or so into them. He's more of a collector than anything, though he does play some. I think he feels he has to be grabbed to it from the beginning and that's fair.

Yup! Got the special ed of that one, although faceplate doesnt fit on my R2D2 X360. I also have reg free Mushihimesama Futari, Do Don Pachi, and Akai Katana for the 360.
Is the Japanese version of Mushihime region free?
MGSmegafan futari is region free, but I think the HD version of the first game is region locked.
Lost Odysse is like the definition of a hidden gem. Not sure I’d call it average
My living room currently has the XBOX 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, and SNES mini hooked up to the television. These are the most recent of my Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony consoles in my collection (and ones I use the most, by far). I may be need to update, but I've been loving these consoles so much.

Hey MJR! I so appreciate your dedication to making fun and informative content! I'm not big on social media and never felt the need to comment just to comment, however, I have taken some time to just say thanks to some of my favorite channels and creators recently.
Back a few years I found LGR, LTT, Game Sack, CGQ,/CGQ+, among others... heck, who doesn't love Frankie on PC! My point?? Just to say THANKS! keep up the great work! You guys are all awesome, after long days at work or whenever, CZcams has cemented itself as a go to relaxing place for me to unwind and gather ideas and learn. So, cheers to you and all the other creators out there who keep it real and keep your channels honest and fun. I loved the game sack parody vid (2016?), that was hilarious! Possibly a come back vid?? :) anyway I'm rambling so I'll close with this.... Thanks for all the insight and tips, tricks, recommendations and otherwise being a great entertainment home base. My favorite part about this channel is the variety of games. And while I think this was really informative, but much weaker than your hidden gems videos, it is a nice change of pace. Especially since I love games people generally consider bad or average. You inspired me to be wary of region exclusives for the UK while in Scotland and every vacation there I bring home no less than 10 new games that I get from traveling all over for humble game stores with used modern games and budget titles. Great content as always.

I was expecting Bullet Witch, Chromehounds and Operation Darkness in this list, actually. Also, Over G Fighters is part of the Energy Airforce series.

I’m going to take nitpicking to an autistic level, but I dislike how Operation Darkness appears as “Operation Darkness(NA)” in your achievements list. If they ever make it backwards compatible on Xbox One, I’d like them to remove the (NA) from the title.

Over G Fighters is by FAR my favorite 360 game of all time. Incredible attention to detail and a very welcome realistic flight sim that we have yet to see on the Xbox One.

I actually enjoyed this game and played it to completion. The gameplay draw was performing long combo strings which requires a specific rhythm of button presses to execute properly. This is something along the lines of playing Flappy Bird to see how far you can make it. There's even a training mode so you can practice.
Because of this vid i started again Icewind Dale! (saw those nice boxes at the shelf) Thanks MJ for the influence!

Some of the sole reasons I got a 360 was Ninja Gaiden and Perfect Dark Zero, and sadly, Sonic '06. It was a fun little system for the time. Kinda wish they had a few more exclusives. By the way, the Dreamcast Collection is on Steam now, pretty much.

Operation Darkness, and Lost Odyssey alone are my personal reason to own a 360. I have seriously spent hours upon hours playing Operation Darkness mastering it. And yes Operation Darkness was 360 exclusive.

Nice to see Over G Fighters! If I had to describe it, I would say it’s Tokyo Extreme Racer but with jets! It’s challenging for sure but if you stick with it you’ll see it works a lot like the TXR games hunting down bosses and such when in the free roam mode. If you like sims it’s definitely worth a pickup. Just don’t expect Ace Combat style gameplay with cray amounts of middles and such. You even have to decide your own fuel and armament load out!

I respect your opinion, but I am SHOCKED to hear you call Lost Odyssey average. Most JRPG fans, myself included, consider it to be what we should have gotten as FF13. It's certainly a better game than that. I'd be curious to hear where you feel it missed the mark.

Very happy you mentioned The Outfit I believe it’s one of the first rated Mature games i’ve ever played definetly not the most polished but it had alot of great ideas and was just a ton of fun especially the multiplayer which i’m sure is dead now also would love to return to Lost Odyssey sometime it was one of the first JRPG’s I have ever played and it started to kick my ass around the second disc but now that I have more experience I bet I can conquer it now. Great Video :)

Yeah, I think it's funny he didn't recognize Toriyama's artstyle/name. He's by far and away the most famous Mangaka in the world, the only other person I can think that competes with his status is Junji Ito.
The 360 has more exclusives than the xbox one.
Well the 360 has been around for nearly 13 years while the XBone's just been out for 5 years so that makes sense.
That's why Xbox 360 was the best of its console generation than PS3
And even the OG Xbox have good exclusive than Xbox One. Xbox One has lack of exclusive because of the worst line up by Microsoft.
Original Xbox had better exclusives than the 360 and ONE imo.

Great video Metal Jesus! I have 2 of these games already, those being Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon, however Blue Dragon only has Discs 2 & 3, not the first disc. I am thinking that I should buy Disc 1 from eBay to be able to play it.
Now for Lost Odyssey, I have gotten up to the 2nd boss and was feeling like I was underpowered, so I looked up a walkthrough on GameFAQs and, gonna be honest, there's too much stuff in this game for me to be able to play it any longer. There is a saying that you can play anyway you want to, but as it stands there's too much for me to handle. I will, however, think about getting the other games on here if I have the time (and money).
Also for those that don't know (that being everyone on here), I actually got an Xbox 360 for Christmas (...Eve) from one of my mom's friends. The reason I got it on Christmas Eve was because my mom had to work Christmas Day for *12 HOURS* and couldn't find enough time to celebrate it that day, so she moved it to the day before, Christmas Eve.
Anyways she also got a few games for it, including: Bioshock 1 & 2, Portal 2, Skyrim, Fifa 12, Battlefield 3, Popcap Arcade Vol. 1, and Kameo. I traded in Bio 1 & 2, Portal 2, and Skyrim since I had those games already in one form or another (either on PS3 or even PC for Portal 2's case) and replaced them with XBLA Unplugged Vol. 1, Lost Odyssey as I said before, and The Orange Box at The Exchange thanks to them being able to trade-in games at their full price with a receipt and a little help from my gift-card from there I also got for Christmas Eve.
Later down the line I also got Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Minecraft Story Mode and MX vs. ATV Untamed, Assassin's Creed being $5 at The Exchange and the other two I got from Walmart, ~$20 for Minecraft SM and ~$12 for MX vs. ATV. Might trade-in those games for either a profit or at a discount (not Assassin's Creed though, that one's amazing).
