- Swedish Sandwich Cake - Smörgåstårta #RCPQOTW !
The Smörgåstårta isn't exactly a cake and it isn't exactly sandwich. Typically it's layers of seafood, fresh veggies, creamy spreads and soft fresh baked bread. However, there are hundreds of combinations to make a Swedish Sandwich Cake.
♥ Ingredients ♥
1 round sourdough
•cream cheese
•cooked shrimp
•smoked salmon (or any other filling you prefer)
•cucumber
•chives (parsley or dill
•capers
•sliced hard boiled eggs and tomatoes
The Swedish Sandwich Cake is a centerpiece for sure and there will be plenty to share with your family and friends. Enjoy!

What happen to the eggs?
I sliced the eggs and tomatoes and added it around the cake on the plate.
Are the shrimps raw?
No, the shrimp were cooked. Thanks for asking.
Geometry Dash Alex: Use raw. The point of the Smörgåstårta is that it's fresh.
