    Hello, On a retirement visa, can an accompanying spouse have a business? Or do they have to also be retired as well?

    • @IBNImmigrationSolutions
      @IBNImmigrationSolutions  Před rokem +1

      The spouse may own a business but not work in or for it. Spousal visa with endorsements to conduct own business is reserved for spouses of SA citizens or PR holders.
