My 10 year old son already wrote a book using ChatGPT in 20 minutes called Coaching for Performance Runners and illustrated it with Midjourney and we’ve already had a pre release of GPT 4.5 and hooked it into a MetaHuman from Epic and interviewed it in a podcast 😮 NUTS!

Its sad that still people are sleeping in such an important and crucial moment in time. Every time i try to speak to people nobody seems to be interested and think im living in some hollywood movie or something??? I try explain and they just brush it off and look absolutely uninterested. Its really sad. Makes me feel alone knowing how very soon things are going to change massively on earth and people still only care about the Match cup, going out in the wknd and partying etc. Im 39 and really dont understand these people. 😢
For now I can say, I originally came to the podcast for info on Spotify, but somehow I still preffered to watch this on youtube. I'd say that's a desire for more human connection in the form of the facial expressions I can see in the video. Ai facial expressions aren't the best yet.
And at a live concert, a hologram currently probably can't play based on crowd reactions. It's a pre programmed set. Maybe humans would be needed to modify sets for different audiences.
Gorilla's, Hatsune Miku, and KDA are all examples of digital stars. For now organic stars r still leading.
Spotify can easily replace a DJ's song selection skill and Def set a vibe. But ppl often come to a party bc a locally popular dj is hosting and he / she draws a certain community they're organically connected with.

It predicts so much of what this conversation is about, it follows people who live in a room with a machine that feeds all of their needs for information, and poses questions regarding the need for human connection, it’s mind blowing considering the date it was published…

Protect ourselves from what? Abundant energy, abundant healthcare, abundant resources, abundant intelligence. This technology is creating better technology which provides greater efficiency and less need to work.
Imagine AGI makes fission rectors work. Or designs aluminium batteries that hold 1000Wh/kg, 10000cycles, $20 per kg. Or cures all cancers with a pill. Or makes a machine that can takes material and strips it apart atom by atom then build something else atom by atom (you could turn rubbish into food).
Devaluing the entire species and glamorize the devolution process, so that the children won't ever have a chance to save themselves.

Given the litigious world we live in would chatgpt fall under the same constraints we do as far as copyright and drm is concerned? If publicly reiterating a script, song, book, poem would Sony come a suing? If the answer is yes then chatgpt is being censored and therein is useless to humanity as having access to all knowledge but being silenced is a disservice to our thirst for knowledge and search for the truth. It becomes a censored library and untrustworthy as a tool.

The central question about what AI produces is: " Is it GOOD ENOUGH ? " Most of what it can already produce is. Most customers only care if a product is good enough. If AI can produce a product that is good enough, AI will replace people that make the same product.
So what jobs should a teenager look forward to exploring that may be viable options?

Already has tbh. My payments were cut by a third in 2020 when the company I freelance with started using AI. (Well, not so I in this case, just A). Seems the only jobs that will be left will be filling shelves or care. Thrilling. I guess we could prolly use it to remove the corruption from finance and govts. Who needs govts when we have AI, with apparently no agenda. Except, of course, it can be trained to have an agenda. I'd phrase it as if someone wants to do anything with my memory they'd rather talk to the AI-me than the actual me. But everything else can't be replaced by the AI-me.

We always want to enslave things just a thought as AI is not just mechanics but could possibly become something we cant explain and what obligation would we have to it ? What if we dont make ai the do the jobs, but become intergrated with ai ourselves. I would think with humans being competitive we would never relinqish control to a machine, but we would start to intergrate them into our bodies, or on our person in some form. Would it be better to fear the machine become the thing we are afraid of?
