December 29th 2021 : Last year, I decided my new years resolution wouldn't be weight loss. I settled on 365 days of yoga! 365 days of yoga during a pandemic... life saving! It help me learn to love myself, gain self-confidence and discover a new passion. Yoga is for everyone, and I hope this video inspires you to start!
You can watch back the journey on my instagram, where I saved videos in my highlights, and I posted everyday on my feed. I archived some posts because it was a lot of yoga pictures, but let me know if you want more info about a specific day!

I didn't plan in advance, I simply picked one video a day! And the length varied between 10 minutes and 90 minutes, but I would say the most frequent length was 25 minutes.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out in the comments, and don’t forget to like and subscribe!
Lots of love from Montreal,
Corinne
*In the video, I mention that I hope this inspires people to believe that their body can do anything they want. Listening to it afterwards, I realize that for some people, that's not possible, and even if they do want their body to move a certain way, it's not possible. So I would like to apologize for not considering that, and also not acknowledging that just having a body that can move freely is already a blessing. Sorry for that little mishap 💖.

Yes! I find yoga drops into our heart ✨✨
It actually makes sense after awhile.
Some days I love the hardwood floor and a ceiling, some days I love having the elements around.
I noticed, and I loved it
I’m on day 45, your video is an inspiration!
wow, i’m teary-eyed while writing this because of the line “if 365 days is too much, you can just believe every day. one day at a time.” thank you 🙏🏽
One day at a time ☺️❤️🙏🏻
I am 30 days into my own 365 day yoga challenge and this vid brought me to tears, as well. As we roll into 2021 still in the midst of this terrible pandemic, I really need something to hold on to.
@@michelejackson7052 good luck wish u the best
yeah i also teared up in the end))
Amen!
I love how this isn't about fitness or weight loss or any particular personal gain out of it. It's simple dedication and devotion towards the practice. That's what makes this so beautiful and unique 🙏🏼💕
Love that 🤩
Thank you CosMIC Muse 💕💕
@@CorinneDutil did you lose any weight though? Ive been "trying" ish. More just want to be healthier. But i do also exercise every day mostly but i dont lose anything. Just stay the same!
So beautifully said x
I absolutely loved this! Yoga is for everybody and every body. I got certified to teach yoga in 2017, but I thought I was too fat to be a yoga teacher and nobody would want to take my classes. This year, the manager of the studio where I practice found out I'm certified, yelped "how did I not know about this?!" and offered me a job. I now teach a couple of classes a week and couldn't be happier. Yoga has improved my life on so many different levels, and I am so grateful.
❤❤❤
I think it's great to not have stick figure teachers! I have a relative and their biggest reason why they won't go to the gym is because they will be embarrassed because they are so heavy and the only one.
"Hi, my name is Yoga, and I'm going to change your life."
YES! Couldn't have said it better 🤩
Indeed. Every practice is a session of discovery and rediscovery on the mat. Get on the mat anyway. So happy you showed up for yourself. 💙 Please continue your beautiful journey.
@@CorinneDutil do you practice pranayam ?
Exactly ✨✨
Can we appreciate all the beautiful places she practiced at .. and yes girl yoga does help you accept yourself with open arms
I made an effort, so glad you noticed 💕🙏🏻 Had to create a little beauty in this difficult year 💕🙏🏻
🙌🏻 amen sistah and eventually we grow to fully appreciate ourselves ✨✨
Jesus came to save us. He was crucified, buried and then rose again on the third day. Now when we believe in Him we have eternal life and forgiveness of sins. Repent (turn away from your sins) God loves you! Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
I’m a yoga teacher and this makes me SO happy. Yoga is for everyone. No matter what it looks like, always how it feels. Sensational 🧘♀️💕
Can u plz suggest me the good yoga mat for both beginners and advanced yoga
I get in my head all the time so hearing “ it doesn’t matter if you think you can’t do it, you just show up one day at a time and do it” really made me go “wow..she’s right..” my self doubt is my biggest enemy, you are inspiring
This is so amazing. This is the yoga transformation I’ve always wanted to see here. Not a weight loss transformation under a patina of spiritual growth, but actual self-compassion and the difficulties of loving yourself. She‘s so authentic, from her honest confessions to the repeating outfits (because no one actually has a new matching sports bra and yoga pants set every time they get on the mat). Much love to you, darling. Keep practicing-and I will, too. xx
Thank you for your beautiful message ❤️

that's funny, because I just noticed different outfits
I am from India. My school actually had weekly yoga sessions and taught us the right forms and importance of it. I am 25 years old now and I've been doing it everyday for the last 8 years. A morning yoga session leaves makes me feel so relaxed and positive! I do other forms of exercises as well before it but nothing gives me the peace which yoga does
That’s beautiful! It is a blessing to have had that training early on✨✨

@@user-xb4mh6jz3g he couldn't even save himself how is he going to save any of us? Btw this is a yoga video u watching. Do you know Yoga was first given to Hindus by Lord Shiva?
@@searchapostateprophetabdul2398 yoga is worship to a false god. Jesus is alive, He had the power to lay His life down for the sins of the whole world and pick it back up again. Thank you lisa 💗
Yessss I’m inspired too
Did you make it? How many days did you do???
I am so proud to be an Indian watching our culture growing everywhere and helping so many people. Best wishes to you✨✨
Our culture is growing everywhere except in India, it's the truth now yoga, meditation and vegan all billion dollar business in West and in brit but in India it's got affiliated with politics, it's sad that all these practice were dedicated to Lord shiva but now it supposed to be secular Indian practise and not an devotion to God!!
How interesting to be able to take part in such a conversation! I see things here in West that truly can't seem right to my heart, such as tantra "sessions" (paid massage for genitals) being called therapy, and people doing them therapists. I'm sure that's not what tantra is supposed to be! There's much to be fixed in this spread of culture.
@@user_suwjhwhqjakoaoq Well them doing Yoga doesn't mean that you can't devote to god. No one is holding you back and since when is yoga and meditation a billion dollar business lol even vegan?
@@alice.tawany Fixing is a really strong word. Since by that you imply that there is something "broken". Even tho it's just different
@Shubhashri searched Black Swan Yoga by Onnit and found this. A lot of women use Yoga and yoga pants for sexual attention.
This isn't yoga this is prostitution. Don't denigrate religious practices for financial gain.
It's sad that so much of Indian culture is retained by vultures. Yet they hate our natural dark skin. Indians need to be less commercialized and more united.
This is amazing. So much positivity in 3 minutes
Thank you Carolina ✨✨
3 minutes indeed. The best 3 minutes I have seen in months.
I've just started my 365 day journey using 'yoga with Adrienne' as my virtual yoga studio. You're an inspiration, thank you
Aaaa that makes me so happy! I hopê you love it as much as I did :)
How's it going?😊😊
Congratulations- I will be finishing one year of daily yoga in early march using yoga with Adriene CZcams channel. You got this.
My 26th day. I hope I will finish it this year. Last year I fell sick and fell off practice

The fact that her posture gets better and her vibes gets more clamming by time makes me wanna do this Challenge Too
I also noticed her getting toned, stronger and amazing balance and flexibility, while her vibe got calmer. Very inspiring.
I'm 5 months into my journey doing yoga every day and it's already made such a huge difference in my life
This shoots straight to the heart of yoga--we don't do yoga to transform our bodies, we do yoga to transform our souls! Bravo Corinne! I would like to have your dedication!!!
Transform our souls... I love that 🥰 And trust me, before doing this, I believe I had no discipline, and no dedication! Sometimes, it takes doing it to believing it... 🥰
I wonder if she used a program?
Its not a bad thing to want to see weight correction and increased physical health as a goal as well
I pressed “like” but just know in this case it means “love”. I love this video 😍
You're so sweet! Thank you 💕
Girl, you don't know how much I needed this. Thank you for starting your healing journey and in turn inspiring so many of us to do the same. Thank you for everything! I needed just this to return to something that makes me happy and in the few times i have practised yoga, I have felt nothing but a little more ease, happiness and satisfaction.
Thank you so much Niharika 💕
Same here 🤍🤍🤍
Hardest thing to do is to show up every single day. That’s a huge accomplishment!! This just popped up on my feed and I needed this to inspire me today. You touch people’s hearts with this video! THANK YOU 🙏
You can do anything ❤
Thank you Emma ❤
First of all - congratulations! ⭐️ I have to tell you, that this is the best video on „365 days of yoga” I have ever seen. And everything you said is so true. I am glad it gave you confidence you’ve been looking for.
Thank you so much ❤️
@@CorinneDutil I agree! I am in the first 30 days of my own 365 day challenge and I know your video will keep me going during the hard times. As we roll into 2021 still in the struggle of this terrible pandemic, I need something to hold on to (to quote you). Thanks so much!

Tomorrow I will finish my 30 day yoga with Adriene. I want to continue my journey and 31st of December 2021 finish my 365 days. You're a inspiration to me. Thank You!
Amazing! I wish you an amazing 365 days 🙏🏻☺️
I love Yoga with Adriene. I just finished 30 days of Breath
So we were practicing together 🙏🏻🇵🇱🌎☀️
Love this! I think setting weight loss goals is such a slippery slope because it’s really challenging to love your body and want to love weight plus when it’s not happening you beat yourself up and it’s a viscous cycle. Setting yourself up to do something every day is in our control. It’s up to us whether we do it. Sometime we can’t control our bodies. I just started my 30 day challenge and the most rewarding thing to me is when I SHOW UP FOR MYSELF 🙏🏻🥰❤️ THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much Mary! Your message really resonates with me, it's exactly what I wanted people to feel when they saw the video ❤️
Really inspiring! Love when you mentioned the only limitations we have are the limitations we place on ourselves. What a wholesome journey!
This Is the best most realistic video of 365 days of yoga. Did my own journey and was feeling bumped watching the amazing yoga poses people would achieve in those "365 days of yoga vidéos". But as you mention it so beautifully, the most important thing in such a journey is how you feel about yourself and the achievement of simply showing up every day to do somethig you love (and loves you back).
Congrats on your journey!!
Thank you :)
But you can hardly see what she's doing, it's so fast
@@zinkadu You can change the speed when you watch it by clicking the icon in the corner of the video that looks like a gear. I watched it first in regular speed then slowed it down to 25%. Some of those poses are AMAZING!
I've done yoga on and off for years, and coming back to it recently has been so beautiful. It has honestly made me love my body and myself more than any weight loss, or anything else ever has. Much love to everyone who is on a journey like this
Gorgeous message, thank you 🙏🏻❤️
Yoga helped me heal from a decade of eating disorders. Blessed and recovered 🙏🏻🌸 Loving my body and have been showing up every day in the mat for five years now :)
Love and light to you Mercy 🙏🏻✨
I started doing yoga everyday 2 weeks ago. Drastically changed my mental state daily! Thanks for the beautiful video💕 So inspiring!
i came across this by random and it’s exactly what i needed. i relate 100%. the feeling you described getting up into a headstand for the first time, i was also so excited. i remember when i first started and i thought i would never be able to do that. thank you for sharing this💕 yoga has a special place in my heart also
I believe the most important principles are: - do something because it's the right thing to do ( not because you expect to be rewarded). - and you can acquire good habits just like you can acquire bad ones (and then you would feel deprived if you gave them up.)- Congratulations! Keep going!🤗
That's perfectly put Ursula! Thank you 🙏🏻
This is so inspiring. But also so honest and humbling. Thank you for this. You didn't show before/after pictures, you didn't focus how much weight you may have lost. I appreciate that. If anything, your video makes me wanna practice more, everyday. Thank you ❤️
Thank you for watching 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
exactly what I thought!
I am just seeing this and as an intermittent yoga practitioner this gives me so much hope. Congratulations on your journey, you rock! I am saving this videos for all those days of self doubt that make me believe I am not enough as a reminder to believe in myself one day at a time.
Love that you shared this. Yoga is such a deep, beautiful practice and gift you give to yourself. It’s hard for people who have never done it to really understand. If we keep spreading the word, more people may try it. 🙏🏻💕💜💪🙌
I had such a similar experience. I didn't do yoga with Adrienne every single day for 365 days but I've been doing YWA almost every day for the past 16 months and it absolutely transformed my relationship with my body and my soul.
That's amazing Tal! So happy to read this xox
Me to.. for nearly 3 years ago I started yoga every day with YWA. It’s keeping my body strong and my mind lighter. I just love it and will do it for the rest of my life ❤️ Thank you for the beautiful video 🙏
If at any point you feel like you want to get a few step forward. I would highly advice you to do monthly and weekly challenges of Alo Yoga CZcams channel. They changed my life. They changed me.
Go girl! You don't need to be thin to do Yoga, you don't need to be thin to be beautiful. You are beautiful, you rock your world!
amazing comment dude.... luv luv spread luv 💕💕
Thank you for showing up everyday and strengthening our beliefs to believe in yourself. Amazing transformation! Hats off to you Corinne
You’re awesome! Thanks for sharing. I’m on my 4th 30-day yoga challenge, and I know exactly what you mean about showing up. I’m proud of you and hope you continue to feel good about yourself. At the end of the day, that’s all we truly have and we need to love ourselves wholeheartedly. 💗
I've been doing yoga for a few months but never regularly. However this month, I decided to put all my efforts to do it every single day and it's been almost 2 weeks since i've been doing it twice a day, in the morning and at the beginning of the night and it's been amazing, I've felt the results already, I'm stronger, more balanced, my flexibity is just getting better day by day. It's something I look foward to when I wake up because its when I can breath, forget everything and just be there with a peaceful mind. When I'm too tired, I try to do easy and relaxing postures or when I'm too busy, I try doing it for 10 minutes, just so I can say: "okay, i did it today!" I was feeling just like you, I needed to feel like I could accomplish anything I put my mind into it, cause my life has been always setting goals and never really getting there.. so thank you for this, it has inspired me to keep going! 💪🏼🌼
Thank you so much for sharing Isabela 🌹
I just finished up a month of yoga everyday, and yes sometimes even just 10 minutes. And do you know what the most remarkable side effect was for me? I didn't have any "down days", you know the days when it's just hard to get through the day? When staying in bed seems like a better option? I didn't experience any! Not one!!
This really made me smile. Yoga is special and so is your journey. I loved watching your scenery change, some beautiful spaces 😍
Thank you Liv, so glad you liked it :) Looking back at the video, it made me realized that even though it was a though year, I found beautiful spaces, and that makes me happy! :)
Your video just popped up on my CZcams home, which was very interesting timing.
Today was my first day of a 30 day yoga challenge for myself. My montra for the day was, "I am here".
Which was going to be the same every day.
I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, but after watching your video it has inspired me to just take it one day at a time. Thank you 💕
this video is so wholesome. really encouraging and inspiring to all kinds of people.
I did a 365 day meditation challenge and reeeeally didn’t think I’d get to that number in the first week. Then I thought, ok, let’s just do today. One day at a time is the best advice ever!! It’s so true, it helped you here and it helped me compete and over-achieve my challenge too (I think I did 380 days or so) and the feeling when you stick with something for a whole year is so rewarding. So I hope your video inspires so many more people like it already did. Congrats!
Thank you, and congrats to you as well :)
"how profound a daily practice can be for our mental states"
Yes 🧡
I started a regular yoga practice 10 years ago when I was living in the Caribbean and did it daily at sunset (when it was cool enough to be outside). Upon my return to my home country, I continued it daily for several months so all in all, I did it daily for almost a year then major life changes occurred - divorce, move across the country, looking for work, starting a new job, daily struggles - and I fell off the wagon. Having trouble getting motivated to do it again even though it really helped increase my strength and flexibility, lowered my stress and kept me calm in daily life.
Love this video. This is truly a transformation. The transformation is not about the outside it's about the inner transformation and that is everything!!! Keep going.
It's interesting that the focus here is on setting and achieving challenging but positive goals, rather than how a year of yoga changed your mind and body. Maybe that is another video?
There’s so much positivity in this video. I’m a yoga teacher, and I haven’t done anything like this. In fact, the pandemic has affected my practice. Your journey is very inspiring, and I’m thinking of creating a similar experience like yours! Thank you for sharing. ❤️
Honey, thank you so much for your message. The pandemic has affected basically everything else in my life - I think because I started yoga in the midst of it, it became an anchor through it, but all my other good habits kind of took the plunge because of stress... We have to be kind to ourselves. I hope you create something you love 🤗❤️
So inspiring!! I started this year my journey and I’m still so sore… your story helps motivating
This made me cry. It was so beautifully said. Your soul shines through your words. I really felt connected to them. And to your heart. May you continue on your journey of self supportive and uplifting practice.
Love this! Also a little jealous of all the places you got to be during 2020 lol
Thank you Samantha :) I had to drive to places because I was going inside inside the 4 walls of my appartment. Thank god I got to move!
@@CorinneDutil what you've done is incredible! Great progress! I can see your muscles getting stronger, your postures getting more advanced. I wish I had your stamina to do yoga every dayL My yoga studio did zoom classes, so we just did them couple of times a week at home with my partner and sometime kids. But I took the mandatory stay at home time a bit further, changed my diet, cut out ALL carbs for several weeks (I do eat a few now), lots of fresh veggies and fatty fish, but that helped me lose 12 kilos and even doing yoga postures that I have been doing for years felt much better without the extra weight. Going for walks definitely feels much better too. And I don't feel hungry anymore!
Yoga is for everyBODY! I started to do yoga every morning in december. I love doing it now and I really miss it if I didn’t come around to it (I injured my neck and couldn’t do it for a week) but as soon as I could I went back and look forward to it every day. Sometimes I do yoga stretches twice a day 😄 🧘♂️
Yes ⭐️⭐️
Corinne, I accidentally came across this during my yoga journey. After a few weeks, I just realized to DO it and ended up realizing its truly about connecting with yourself. Its such a beautiful feeling. You're such a beautiful person, thank you for sharing this.
This is amazing! Yoga’s such a great practice .. i started yoga 35 days ago and i do it daily since quarantine is keeping me at home 90% of the day. Seeing this video inspires me to keep going in my journey.

I also cried a little!! I really loved the video
This is super inspiring, I have difficulty sticking to goals and you demonstrated that in any weather, any space, any mind-frame, you just have to do it, whatever 'it' is. No excuses, the shots in the winter coat are everything!
Oh my goodness! Yay, you! That is so great. Yes, two things: 1. the importance of showing up; and 2. "at the far end of discipline is freedom."
What you have done applies to all of us in most aspects of our life -- showing up. Thanks immensely.
Thank you so much Gary!

This video is so beautiful - the commentary, the filming, the editing everything 💜 Having started yoga the EXACT same way and for the EXACT same reason in 2016, I’ve not been doing yoga nearly everyday for nearly 5 years now, and haven’t felt better 🙏🏽
Thank you so much 😍❤️
@@CorinneDutil when you say everyday, are there some days, you just do the easy stuff? How long did you spend on it? I did some hard stuff yesterday and boy, can I feel it! It was about 45 mins. Well done.
@@heartofartichoke4340 Absolutely!!! Some days, I was so overwhelmed with life, the pandemic, work, all I had the strength for was 15 minutes of yin! To me, it wasn't about working out. It was about making space to be present, to be there and caring for myself. But some others days, oh boy, I did the hard stuff too haha!
Loved this!!! Everything you shared resonates with me and how I look my own yoga practice. This was beautiful and inspiring. Thank you 💜
This gave me so much hope, and I really needed it today. Thank you, and good luck on your journey.
Love this 💜 So proud of you! It is indeed a very rewarding journey and please continue for 365 days more. There are plenty of advanced poses that you can unfold with daily practices that wowed by you 🙂 Namaste!
Thank you! I've kept going everyday, I think it's not a necessity for me 🙂❤️ Namaste !
Thank you babe for the motivation. I am almost 60 days into yoga (with Adrienne) just to prove myself that can stick to something and not quit.
What really amazed me seeing the timelaps is, that how amazing you look doing yoga after maybe 3 months in. At the beginning I know we all can feel our wanky downward dog or warrior pose but it’s a good reminder to see, it gets better. You look so powerful and graceful at the end of you journey. I hope I’ll achieve that too. Lots of love ❤️
Thank you! You are absolutely right, it does get better.. I am sure you will achieve that as well - remember, true strength, grace and power comes from within, and you are well on your way, if not already there! Sending lots of love!
Oh this was so beautiful 🤩
Bravo sistah 👏🏻👏🏻 Also love the idea of doing the videos as a form of accountability✨
I love your honesty, your sincerity, and how you just speak the simple truth. .Thank you so much for sharing your true self! Truly inspiring ! ❤
This bought tears to my eyes, thank you for inspiring me 😭🌻💛💛💛💛💛
Thank you for watching Grace 🙏🏻
Congrats! The 365 days with yoga must be the most beautiful resolution we can achieve for ourselves
thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I am 3 months in! I started to love myself
@@meigochan2015 that's amazing!
this was beautiful! so proud of you and i’m so inspired. thank you
So happy I came across this today. Taking my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and this resonates with me so much to learn who I am while enjoying something I love doing … yoga. Thank you.
this was beautiful
Absolutely Ella 💖 You haven't failed your goal at all - the goal is to show up for yourself, to care for yourself, everyday. And if in these days where you "skipped yoga", that's what you needed, then I'd say that's perfect. One day at a time!
No you haven't. Just keep going. You got this.
This brings me so much joy!!! I'm so happy for you 🧡 I'm on my own journey of yoga and self descovery too 🧡
Thank you so much Frederica :)
this is one of the sweetest, most wholesome motivational video i have ever watched. Thank you and keep going!
I love this!! Yoga is so magical. What a beautiful video, a beautiful experience and a bit of your heart that you've put out into the world! Sending lots of love!
I’m going to start with it today. Hoping I can do it. Congrats and happy new year.
I am sure you can! One day at a time :) Happy new year to you as well!
You can do it if you think you can. If you think you can't, that's also true. I know you can do it though.....
