These replacement hardened portable shafts will extend your wheels out 10 mm on each side of the vehicle giving your rig about a 0.7 inch wider stance in total each pack includes everything needed to do one axle. These are a relatively easy addition to your crawler and will give it more stability on side hills while not extending the width too much. Definitely a more secure and better option than hex extensions.

You dont have to take the whole portal off,you only have to take off the front portal housing

Little sidenote you may have to move your front bumper out I actually ran into some rubbing issues so on my older body are clearance it a little bit on the newest scale body a bill I left the rear extensions on put the factory fronts back in for clearance issues

as I need some the same diameter to guarantee they slide through my beadlock rim holes as the last lot I got did not..

No problem I’ll look into that leak yes they seem to be the same diameter as the old ones didn’t seem to have a problem with anything fitting. However I can measure them if I can find them I recently took them off as I did a more scale build with this truck and they were actually causing a rubbing problem on the front I did leave the rear on because it being a little water helps but on my defender I did run and some clearance issues in the front.
@@LargeeeScaleLife no worries mate thanks for your reply.. don’t worry about measuring them, I can’t find uk stock anyway but did find some similar fastrax ones but you use them with extended hex hub nuts instead of the rollers, I’ll give those a try 👍
My treal stub holes for the pins were off center Making the pin not seat.
My grub screw holes aren’t lineing up
Make sure you have your spacers in the back make sure everything is seated seated properly on the portal cover that’s the only thing I can say remember that only one side of the hex is threaded

There’s no way u have that in crawl mode lol I have mine in crawler mode and I can Bearly spin it
I’m not even driving me this video are you talking about a different video? 99% of the time I run this in low gear most of the time I run it and crawl mode sometime in Trail mode if I don’t need as much engine brake
I meant with my fingers with the wheel. in crawl mode I can’t turn it was it in crawl mode when you were spiffing it
