      Yes nor it won't buddy the daytona does 85 mph 2 the jongsheng 65

    Giday from NZ.. I've got 2020 TSX140.. will the 190 bolt up? Will I need anything else to do an engine swap?

      Not sure the 190 is a big bore replacement for a Honda in the 125 to70cc. Anything honda pit bike grom xr crf clones.👍👌✌️💯

    Can the Zongshen Head Cylinder swap with daytona head? So the Zongshen have 4Valve?

      @@equakecs8119 No, not unless specified. There are 4 variants of the Zongshen: 190 2 valve or 4 valve and 212 2 valve or 4 valve.

    If my zongshen 190 is already a 212cc setup can I just slap the Daytona head straight on or do I still need the Daytona barrel!?!?

      Every person I talked to say you need both and I haven't seen any were that the z's 2v and a daytona 4 v will work together I wouldn't try it and it sold as a complete kit Daytona 4v on a zs bottom end if you look on line even if you do the 212 they both have to be for a 4v.

      I have approximately 8000km in my zs190.. the only issues they seem to have is the shift star.

      Not very long. 17hrs and 3rd broke in half. Had to rebuild engine

      @@yellowdemon16vt74 did you have the shift star mod and upgraded lever that helps prevent that. We're you kick starting it? They say to use the electric start the input shaft is prone to snap if kicked over wrong. 👍👌✌️💯

    I'm pretty sure you can swap the head on the zs190 and it performs the same. Not sure on the internals

      They are different the zs190 has heavy flywheel. But they sell a new version of the zs 190 without electric start that makes more power and lighter internals for fast throttle response

      Yes you can swap the heads but you have to swap the pistons also

    I have a thumpstar 140 will the zs 190 bolt right up? I agree with the racers that prefer the zs over Daytona I’ve ridden my buddies ycf 190 on a big track the instant power that 4 valve delivers is insane! Honestly almost too much to make it rideable with a 14/12 wheel setup

      Under the bike can you feel the difference in size between the engines? The ZS seems to be a lot wider than the Daytona

      Actually it's not that bad I have the zs190 on 10 inch wheels with street gearing setup

      @@2000visionx it's only wider because of the reverse flywheel for the chain driven electric start.

    the 2V Zongshen is more durable, the 4V Daytona makes more power its a pure race engine.... decide what you want, its always an compromise

      Yes but the piston must also be from the daytona too.

      @@dirtbiked8846 it will but you need basically the hole top End might as well go with 212 4 valve daytona. If you use the hole top end yes 👍👌✌️💯

      Not sure but they do have a Grom conversation kit for fuel injection on the 190cc and a aracer ecu

      If your running zongshen 190cc it's a bit of 28mm carburetor, I've got the zs190 and it runs awsome

      zongshen makes the daytona motor ..the difference in power on the daytona is about 2 HP but self destructs once oil temp gets over 194 degrees . the zong outputs 18 hp
      WARNING
      ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE MUST BE CONTROLLED AT 90 DEGREES
      CELSIUS (194 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT) OR LOWER.
      Serious damage will occur in the engine if engine oil temperature
      exceeds 90 degrees Celsius or 194 degrees Fahrenheit.

      @@allentompkins4063 They tell you to put a oil cooler on the bike. Running this without an oil cooler is stupid. Any oil cooler will easily cool these engine.
