Generally I am really into poetry , but there was a period when I was feeling overwhelmed and kind of anxious. I could not even write a proper word in the paper . When I listened to Hozier first time, his music healed me magically . I have to say that healing happens only when I listen to Hozier and Tamino. There is something poetic around them that inspires my soul deeply ...

This version of Wasteland Baby seems all that much more intimate and deeply felt. Love his facial expressions and the rasp in his voice here. Sounds like he's really tired but it really works for this end of the world tune.

I heard this live, standing in the very front row of the concert and it felt so intimate. As soon as he started playing the guitar it felt like everyone is the room had disappeared and he was singing to me. It was truly one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.

You can tell the written word was his 1st love that kind of lyrics can only come from a deeply introspective, empathetic, humble soul. A true Poet. I hope he gets that collaboration with Tom Waits! I'd love to hear that!

He might not have many hobbies, but he certainly has passion. Even when he's tired, that passion shines, and it's wonderful to observe, in his stories, words, music.
Yeh. That surprised me. Aren't hobbies something to do that you really love? His song writing and performing are what he loves to do. And he is making his livelihood doing that. Best of the best.

His voice is the most gorgeous voice I've ever heard, and he can do it live better than anyone! He has surpassed all my life long favorite bands. I never dreamed I'd say that! I dance around and act a fool, cuz no one is looking. I try to sing back up, and his part too ha! I partly want to show everyone how amazing he is, but part of me wants him to myself ,if that makes sense. Saw him live March 29 2019. Was expecting to get front and center, but ran late due to my ride. I still had great view and he had the entire place singing and dancing, no one sat. I cried when it was over, and struggled with what emotions I was having??? I must and will see him live again. Only I will be early, or I'll pay for front row seats. I wish he knew how he has moved me. I've been thru a lot, and he is so soothing. Yet stimulating . Carolina, I think I've gone psycho over this amazing man. Everything he stands for. @@Iam_Tiara I have been asked by my adult kids to stop sending them Hozier clips and vids. My phone is full of screen shots of him singing. Oh how I love his facial expressions when he sings. He puts his all in and it seems so easy for him! He can do live performance that matches the studio version or beats it. That is so difficult for most artist. He is gifted! If you haven't, you must see him live. What a doll he is! So humble, yet spectacular talent. And fine !!! So sexy. How lucky is any woman who gets him. I'm jealous already!! I am probably out of control. Oh well , can't help it. What I don't understand is how the whole world doesn't feel as we do. Maybe they just haven't heard him yet.
