If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.

Late to the party but first time I've had an instructor explain proper form and continuously check on your form/posture especially with emphasis on not leaning all of your weight into the handle bars. Definite pro tip ☺️
Thanks for another great class and this marks 6 months of great energetic motivating classes that have been great and I look forward too (well mostly) and thanks to your classes it has helped my reach my target of a loss of 4 (Old fashioned British Stone) 56lbs brining my weight down from 230lbs. At the start i couldn’t stand up on the bike as the left peddle get falling off due to my weight but as the weight came off the peddle stayed on I grew in confidence and strength. So again thanks for everything

Ok- so thank you so much for being here! - I used to do alot of spinning and due to work, life and all sorts of crap - it got in the way, now i am pre-kicking off 2023 with a get back to fit (hot) plan :) and it starts right here. Done this today - was excellent with my new spinning bike! - bosh! - so, i shall be doing more of these, aiming for 3 times a week, and then up'ing to 4 or more if i can. So, thanks, you are now part of my journey!

I love cycling because it’s the one workout I do that really pushes me to Mu outer limits and leaves it all on the floor! I’m not a sweater in general, but these workout bring on the rain! I hadn’t cycled since late 2013 until I picked back up with you- and boy has it it been a game changer for me. I started with Revive and where I am in week 8. I haven’t missed a day or a workout! Just that alone is a huge win for me. I turned 53 during week 6 and I’m a strong woman who can do anything I set my mind to. Thanks Kaleigh for the motivation and guidance!
I’m 230 pounds and three years out from any spin class and I just finished this. Thank you for rekindling my love of spin. I feel so free when we’re sprinting especially, it’s like flying!
Just found this lady and WOW. I usually cycle and listen to podcasts. I do like 10-15mins on 5-6 resistance and call it quits. I’ve been doing it all wrong. Cycling with her was amazing! I made it through to the end on the higher resistance levels and I feel great! Really surprised myself. Will be doing this daily ❤

This was my first true workout after have my son(2021) and my twin girls(2022) and I can genuinely say I’m so happy.I was afraid after having 3 children back to back I’d never be able to keep up in any class let alone spin again but with your motivation and my own body crying out to me I got through . And looking to get more energy and out of the pre-diabetes range and lowering my cholesterol. You are so awesome! I've let myself go over the years, being a mom I neglected carrying about ME. They're grown and gone now and I decided enough is enough. I won't lie, I slowed wayyyyy down and was about to quit a couple times, but you happened to pick those times to be motivating and say "come on, you can do this!" and I jumped back in and I made it! I have a lot of weight to lose, but thank you for making this part of my journey fun!

This was the most challenging yet! For me at least! But a water break right in the middle helped me pushed through. Plus it helps that your words of encouragement are right there when you need them! Also great, great tunes!!
