Unicorn - 14
Phoenix - 15

Unicorn is great, but could use 5 more levels at TH 16. Ricochet cannons delete unicorn soo fast.
As a TH14 QC miner player, I use owl on my queen so I have fewer Coco loons and unicorn on warden

@@ClashwithAxersion The warden doesn't need the unicorn, and he doesn't need the owl either. He just gets it because I'd rather have the owl to tank for my healers on the queen.
Old pets are replaced as the new ones are released, most of the time
They said they will add more lvls to the old pets for balancing

@@Hagurmert it has improved quite alot from when started,now the only upgrades I feel are long are from th 13 or above rest are pretty fast

If spirit fox didn't exist, it would be S tier (so back then th15 was maximum)
Angry jelly is actually an S tier for King. King is so tanky and doesnt even die thus not even activating the pheonix.

I actually use the poison lizard alot more than frosty. Frosty is fine but when you have the frozen arrow on the queen, kinda makes him a bit pointless. At least poison lizard can help in most ground armies (especially root riders)

True but the issue is the headhunter has to be in the eternal tome or not get hit by anything or hit a spring trap. Poison lizard is more useful than you think. At least frosty is pretty replaceable
@@CorruptYT issue with frosty right now is that there are pet that has better synchronisation with each hero.
Using headhunter is tricky, if your army is fighting enemy hero in middle of the base, you need to send headhunter from a far side where there is no defence at all and sometimes giant bomb can kill it easily too, poison lizard comes in handy such times.
The poison lizard is okay, you can only ever use it with the warden and it is so fast and has so little hp that it dies extremely fast. It is okay to use for a warden walk as it does insane damage and can help with enemy heroes
Don't mess with Tokomon since the rapist is light enough for traps to kill 😂

Yeah, Ive always thought the same and I'm a max th16. I feel like the extra 8 seconds doesnt really allow the hero to get much more damage in because typically they dont have their abilities anymore and or dont ussually have any rages on them to allow them to get anywhere.

Yeah diggy on warden is actually OP, he just gets so many stuns off because of all the target switching. Single target infernos and monolith just never get any serious damage off.

I guess but you have to remember, that pheonix can make or break an attack. Not having it means if your heroes die through abilities, they cannot use them. But with the pheonix, if a hero dies while ability is active, you can still use it while they are revived. It’s a good put but not sure why pheonix and unicorn get labeled as being mid pets when almost EVERYONE uses those pets on those heroes
Finally some respect to poison lizard. It's such a good pet but no one talks about it.

I use lizard with the queen, since I use queen to deal with the heros and CC troops...
angry jelly goes with king
spirit fox goes with RC
diggy goes with warden
Unicorn + Archer Queen
Spirit Fox + Royal Champion
Pheonix + Barbarian King
These are literally the best partnerships
Electro owl is best for lalo... Frosty dies due to ground defences. I would say best combo is Phoenix for king unicorn for queen. Fox for rc and diggy Or electro owl for gw
Yeah, I agree. The warden can basically use any pet except for yak, diggy is nice in a spam type attack (also lalo) where it gets some stuns
If warden walk, anything works, even lassi could work for extra damage

Why everyone say phoenix is one of the best? When i use it its really thrash
Because it keeps your heroes alive that extra bit longer after the ability to possibly take out one or two more defenses or buildings. Or you can pair it with king to basically clear a side of the base on his own

Owl is also very solid as a warden pet in air hits and won’t trigger any defensive cc
Owl is an extra coco loon in warden walk attacks. Its quite useful even at TH16, especially when the AD are not too close. It can tank a few air traps and chain clear skeleton traps
Currently th14. Question about the Phoenix though. Say it's paired with a King which has the gauntlet equipped, and the king goes down while in the giant state. Does the Phoenix keep him alive in giant form, or does King go back to normal size?
He stays in his giant form even in his phoenix-revived state. If the gauntlet timer runs out tho, he’ll go back to being small like normal
King will be revived in giant state if he goes down in giant state

Diggy and spirit fox are best pets. People need to stop sleeping on frosty. He pairs extremely well with the warden. He slows down defenses and sometimes causes them to target his little frosties. I don’t even use the unicorn because it dies Hella fast.
I would swap the lizard and Frosty. Frosty is extremely helpful. Those frostmites offer immense value. It is really underrated. Poison lizard is great, but not A tier great IMO. It can stay at A tier, but Frosty is better.
What are your favorite TH16 pet combos for drag attack?
Angry jelly deserves higher tbh. I'm getting good results from warden walking from a lvl. 1 angry jelly which speeds up funneling, getting the defensive building before joining smash
Owl is most important in air attacks like hydra also sometimes in warden walk🗿
For warden walk almost all the pets die... The owl stays behind sometimes but it too does die. I sometimes prefer the unicorn or the poison lizard but the electro owl is completely fine
I always found the Phoenix an F teir because it doesn't attack until it's activated and when it does it dies by a air mine
unicorn, phoneix, foxy, diggy -> S tier
owl -> A tier
seal, yak -> B tier
lizard -> C tier
doggo -> F tier
mad gelly -> dunno, maybe B? not sure
Lassi can tank a lot of stuff at once tho, gives more time to ready a combo
I don’t ever use the unicorn on TH 16 cuz it always dies to merged defenses, the healing is minimal at higher levels honestly
I much prefer the polar seal over the lizard because it is more useful in ground attacks and has a lot of endurance
Poison Lizard is F for me. They're only useful for warden walk and I do none of that. I rather pick frosty for warden since it can slow down anything. Just use headhunter/poison spell people.
Poison lizard is the highest DPS pet in game
Frosty is super replaceable. You also gonna make sure you time the head hunters or not get hit by traps. Headhunters take skill to use
Frosty the goat on warden. Yak the Goat on King. Unicorn Goat on Queen. Fox Goat on Champ. Lassi the worst but the Cutest Doggo.

Poison lizard and the phoenix are two that I don’t like. Very little help from those pets. I still use the unicorn for the AQ, the ox for the king, frosty for the warden and the fox for the RC.
I think Diggy should be in S Tier, it was just too good and clutch pet in th15!

Works very well in ground attacks. Hybrid, hogs, root rider, smash attacks. It’s pretty underrated and let’s you use different troops other than taking headhunters

diggy is better than spirit fox if you are using rc with army in spam attack, as it stuns the defense so your whole army gets benefit from it...while spirit fox is useful when you are using rc alone...so both are s tier in my opinion
I prefer the Yak for BK...it opens the walls really fast

I agree with this but I would swap diggy with the phoenix, diggys stuns are op especially when on the warden when he pairs up with the champion, a lot of the time the phoenix doesn’t get activated so it does nothing but bounce around behind my king
My guess on why you think the Phoenix isnt as strong is because it’s under-leveled. BTW the main use of it is to make the hero (usually the king) last longer, it is especially powerful with the giant gauntlet, then the phoenix spawns doing mediocre damage. But that is why it’s in S tier

Where as diggy is always useful so I would rate that higher!
I think the best analogy I could use is using the phoenix is like taking an umbrella out in case it rains, if it does great, if not you have taken it for nothing 🤷♂️
Jelly is an easy A tier. Its so valuable to get the king into the core of the base without funneling

I stopped using phoenix for the yak and think it’s better personally. I’m three staring more now. It helps with walls and can sponge a lot of damage compared to phoenix. I'm in legends as well

Phoenix technically is not always useful, if your hero doesn't go down it does nothing. I'd swap Diggy and phoenix. I'm bringing Diggy before phoenix

frosty is better than unicorn as it slows defense 75 percent which reduces way more damage than unicorn can heal at a time plus it can attack also

The reason poison liz is better is because there are good reasons to use it in ground attacks. jelly is fine bht def nowhere near as strong or useful as other pets. its decent tho (at least its not lassi bad)

I'm satisfied with your ranking, because I use spirit fox, diggy, phoenix and unicorn. If Seth gaming rank this, they will probably reverse this order with rank😂. Seth gaming ranking is bad they don't know which is best and which is worst

The owl is a solid option for warden, especially on air mode it can tank air defense shots. For ground mode Frosty/Lizard are really good options.
