That has to be the most sus intro to any RS-related video I've ever seen. Also would like to add for newbies that Obsidian Armour is your best friend at Zuk. On par/honestly better than Crypt throughout this fight, even more so in Hard Mode. Love the positive affirmation throughout the guide lool
Imo you'll be better off using obsidian helm only.
Only the helm is tank armor and will contribute to animate dead and you'll lose your armor perks most notably devoted/enhanced devoted. You'll end up taking a lot more damage using full obsidian compared to any mage tank armor.

@@AshShleyScape Thank you! I struggled really hard, even with a Yak for the waves and ripper for Zuk himself, I had no food and 400 HP left when I killed him lol. But you made this look much better, and actually doable since you used gear I can relate to for magic (Melee is my main style, so I'm not trying to throw a ton into magic)
Update: I used your guide and I almost did a no food kill (I brought a melee switch for Zuk himself cause I suck at Magic DPS) and I died cause I accidentally stood in the fire ;-; But I'm 100% confident you have the best guide out there! Super under-rated!

Thanks for the guide, was a major help. Got my first igenous stone and managed a flawless run on my first completion. Took 2 tries :D I did switch up the aura for vampyrism combined with a blood reaver familiar for extra cinderbane damage. Even forgot weapon poison +++ and still managed.

I didn’t specifically no familiars really depend on how the fight is going for you. Most people first time are using a yak :3 I use a ripper demon now. If you’re getting whacked a hellhound is always good for reducing damage taken 😊❤️

For the first challenge, what exactly did you do to clear the small dudes quick? That is literally the only challenge I can't seem to do and always am like 1 sec late.
Hey! Greater chain followed by omnipower! And then whatever else on the rest. If you have a caroming switch that will hit even more targets.

I would like to add that phasing the boss at 100k does not mean that he won’t do another pizza phase. That’s only if you deal 100k damage before then. I thought he was unable to do the pizza phase again after phasing the boss because of your line in the vid “you longer have to do the pizza phase again, just the regular basic mechanics”. Just wanted to make that clear for others as it messed up my first attempt to get the cape upgrade.
To be clear, I’m not trying to say it’s a bad guide or anything. I just want to save people that frustration I experienced from misinformation. Or maybe misinterpretation of information. Thank you for your time and effort.

What perk use in sunspear to use magma tempest and why? Sorry, i'm little nub
My sunspear just has scavenging 4 😂 Magma tempest is a basic ability that requires 2H - that’s why I used it :) Just a habit really. Completely not necessary (pretty expensive ability dropped from Zuk) and it only adds a little extra damage ❤️

What is the special action button?
It’s a button that appears on the screen when you can do certain things in some bosses. On my screen it’s above my skills. In Kerapac it’s to use time warp, in Raksha it to use the anima, in Zuk to stop the instakill

how do you cast an ultimate at 10:28 using only 25% adren
The spell incite fear has a passive effect that reduces the adrenaline cost of tsunami. So it cost me 40% and I think the other 10% is the ring of vigor passive plus whatever adrenaline I gained from casting another ability ❤️

I went to do Zuk for the first time after watching your guide. I died multiple times when the first Jad appeared with the big melee dude. I thought I was supposed to stand in the south after every challenge wave. After watching the video multiple times, I noticed that you said that for the first Jad you should instead stand close to Zuk. Everything went smoothly and I got a flawless kill after realizing this.

I'm currently using videos to try and mobile this fight lol, rn I needa figure out a 1st jad spot, I can't find a rock that blocks him so I can fight a few other guys before I attack him lol
Hey! In the video you’ll see I stay north by zuk behind the rock closest to him for the first jad so I can deal with everything else and then deal with Jad alone ❤️
