just recovered from a cold and suddenly felt like I was deaf in my right ear. tried this and it didnt personally work for me, but I did find that steam and humidifiers greatly helped clear my ears and while the contents were loose doing this definetely helped. thank you!

On day 3 of antibiotics since my ear infection flared up last week, pain and swelling have improved but the fluid doesn’t drain well. Thank you for the tip, I will be doing this as routine maintenance from now on. Having sinus issues is not fun, especially when when you also suffer from severe hay fever…

@@JoshRosenImpressions I went to the doctor and he said he couldn't see anything wrong and I went to the audiologist and they said the same thing , I've been using nasal spray and drinking a lot of water and it's helped a bit atleast making my ear issue tolerable

I have or get once in a blue moon sinus infection which blocks my ears. It started a day or so ago, I could feel pressure in my ear. I did this technique and it started to release pressure and my ear is crackling. Some hot tea helped as well. I thank you for your expertise!! 😎
This really works! I have 4 flights today, my sinuses are still recovering from sinusitis and on my 3rd flight I could barely hear my self one any body around (. I just did this move several times right before my 4th flight and mirical have happened! It pops and I can hear again. Now baby is crying, near by )) and we didn’t take off yet. I can't believe I never knew this!! I've dealt with ear infections since I was a kid even after getting tubes. Every time I got sick as an adult it would ALWAYS cause an ear infection. I can actually feel a difference, this morning I couldn't get my ears to pop but now they are!
This works!!! I had a tonsillectomy and have had fluid behind my ear drum since. I was told yesterday at urgent care and last night was extremely painful. I was told it could get infected and to come back if pain increases. I did this exercise and iced my ear and behind the ear before and after the massage. He doesn’t mention stroking downward to allow lymphatic flow but you need to also continue downward to drain the lymph. Don’t stop the fluid at the upper neck, flow it downward too. Woke up with the sharp pain gone. Can still feel fullness but the heat is mostly gone.

I started azithromycin for tight sinus in ears and jaw. Can this cause the BP to elevate? Take care a really hoping yourre feeling better.
