The first one is the best bc the creator decompiled the original ROM and translated the source code to work on the Genesis. It's why the glitches like duck swimming, the infinite 1up trick, and the minus world still work.

The first one's theme song is like the "bass boosted" version of the original.Anyways great video 👍
Also, it plays just like the NES one bc the creator decompiled the NES ROM into its original source code and translated the code to work on the Genesis. It's a really ingenious way to get NES games working on Genesis and I hope more people take that route for SMB 2, 3, and Lost Levels.

It’s based on Squirrel King, a bootleg based on the Chip and Dale NES games, so that’s the main influebce

It’s good someone else respects the SG-1000 aspect. A lot of people say ‘it’s the Master System! How is it this bad?’ without doing any research. It was originally a Zemmix/MSX1 game ported to the SMS in SG1000 mode due to similar hardware. Given that, it’s really impressive. Since the ColecoVision is also similar, a port their would be nice

Also the continue screens in Mario 3, 4, and a Felix the Cat bootleg are notorious for being unnecessarily violent.
