    These are great videos...thanks for contributing to the library of material on freeheeling, which is fairly scanty. I'm looking into investing in a 360 camera for this upcoming season. I'd like to do a better job documenting my own telemarketing journey. 😅 Can't wait for that snow to start flying! -- Taos Tele

    Thanks for the input. You're right on w/profile. Not only tip rocker, but the tail on the 2 Wayback's differ in their rocker amount, making the running length greater in the 96 and less in the 106. This is why you're feeling like you should've swapped the lengths. I'm debating between an OutlawX or some other binding that tours for my Soul7 HD at 180cm. The Meidjo is on the short list...

      The Wayback 98 just dropped this year and looks like it has a rocker profile closer to the 106 with a skinnier waste. I am looking forward to trying that ski next year as well as the Crescendo for deep days. I want to try to Crescendo in 169. My Darksides are 174 and on super deep days I love the float, but they are a little difficult to turn quickly.

    Your the only guy explaining rocker of a ski vs true ski length. All skis are like this . People who are newer to the sport have no idea

    LOL Douchebaggery... I'm gonna use that

    Yeah man! Thanks for the content. Love the meidjo - except the brakes and the random hook up at the absolute wrong time and the boot jack that I haven’t quite been able to completely solve. Brakes are long gone. I have the 3.0s mounted to my daily (ripsticks 106) and have one set of 2.1s I switch thru the remaining quiver via pre-set bolt threads. “Douche-baggerie!!!” Lmao!

      They redesigned and improved the brakes this year, I’m ordering them for my new skis this year and will report. Than random hook up is annoying, try silicone spray. It hasn’t happened to me that much but I live in Colorado. Boot jack is also a problem, but all of my telebindings have done that in certain conditions. Thanks for the support! Enjoy your turns!

    Hey man where did you mount your wayback 106? Would you change that mounting point? Thanks for the video!

      @amerotrashtelemarketer  Před 8 měsíci +1

      I mounted them as recommended by K2, there is a boot middle mark, but it is not the true center of the ski. I like it. I would not mount any further back the way some people mount more traditionally shaped tele skis.

    How tall are you and how much do you weight? Thanks!

      I’m 5’7” and 180lbs and an aggressive skier. I’ve found after trying out the size up and down for both the 96 and 106, I prefer them in 170 and 172cm respectively. For the 106 the 179cm is good for powder in groomers but a bit too much for bumps and steeps.

    All of these skis are too wide to me.
