Looking at Audiolab's web site, looks like the USB is an input for firmware updates, not a USB digital output. Please correct me if in error. I want a streamer with a USB output. They aren't common at this price point.

Nice review, still not convinced whether it is worth upgrading from a 6000N.
If you already have a 6000N a better path might be to invest in an external DAC and just using the the 6000N as a transport.
How is the dts play fi app in 2024 does have gapless and is it possible to change tracks in transfer mode without the music stops
