So, the calculation as per me would be,
For 1 kg chicken you can make 12 medium cut pieces and put 4 pieces in one plate.
And if you can make 60 plates you need 20 kgs of chicken which cost 4000 rs as 200 per kilo.
Now , if u sell one plate of Biryani with four piece of chicken keeping the cost as per today's market it would be 200 rs per plate with good quality taste.
So on an average if u sell 60 plates for 200 rs it be 12000 rs. So if u minus 12000 -4000 for chicken only and then keeping 2000 rs for rest of the biryani recipe plus ur cylinder and electricity and rent as 1500 would cost u around 7500.
So if 12k is ur gross then ur expense is 7500k which would profit u around 4500 k. So 4500 into 135000rs per month.
This is suitable for a eat and take away business in a good place.
And if u keep a dry item that would also fetch a good profit as well.
