Thank you very much for this. So for the past 6-7 years I have been eating dim Biriyani fr these zaika/a1/ barkat places and was always trying to figure out how. Last night, I just put everything that he suggested in my desired way and then kept an aluminium bartan on a tawa and gave dum for 45 mins and voila, I had the closest taste and experience to the biriyani I have been eating for years. Thank you. The only thing I did extra was marinate the chicken with all the spices and biriyani masala and curd.
Yes u can always tweak the recipes and marinating process. In fact biryani taste more good after 8 hours of preparation.. And Basi biryani taste awesome..... Thanks for watching

You know what whenever I used to feel like eating chicken biryani...always used to order it... Yesterday I tried with ½ kg chicken adjusted all the other ingredients accordingly...and I must tell you....it was exactly tasting like the ordered one...Thank you so so much for showing us this recipe

But if you want to make lesser quantity, then divide accordingly all the quantities of all ingredients... and try making it...it was tasting awesome

i tried biryani for d frst time with this video as reference and i m new to cooking so i took help of my mother to add quantities correctly and really belive me it turned out very well but i think we should skip coriander powder. However it was great tqqqqqq
