One thing I liked most is when Hassan says that he enjoys feeding Kunal more than Kunal enjoys his served meal. This is straight from the heart of one who really enjoys watching somebody eat his dexterous preparation.

Have you guys also tried the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani OMG 🤤 its simply amazing and during lockdown if you're unable to visit, then why not try making it at home 😀 I recreated the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani recipe at home and it was delicious 🤤

my granny always used her hands and never used spoons to measure any masalas (dry or wet) and the taste was awesome. I use measure ingredients and there isnt any taste at all. There was something in my grand mothers hand that brought the taste in everything. Miss and love you Grandma always!

The best briyani making I have ever seen. It looks yummy and delicious. Unique ingredients...pineapple and apricot. Couldn't imagine a briyani with these items. Kunal keep rocking.

Great episode, mouthwatering biryani. Minor nit: aloo Bukhara is actually a cultivar of plum, slightly different from apricots. Same family of fruits but not the same. Aloo bukhara has a flavour that is very distinct from that of an apricot.
I didn't know that biryani had so many ingredients. No doubt it's amazingly fantastic...aroma, flavour and ofcourse, taste.
i had grown eating Jafer Bhai's Delhi Darbar Biryani since my childhood and as rightly said they are the King Of Biryani and as very rightly said sir - its world's best biryani.. no doubt.

The biryani looks absolutely delicious a complete dish.
Funny part was how many times obliviously the host pronounced the owner’s name incorrectly Hassan and each time he was corrected by Ahsan but made no difference lol. One of my favorite episodes genuine people.

i love cooking i have seen many hyderabadi style biriyani recepies on youtube. this by far is the most innovative and the coolest biriyani recepie ever. the combination of the use of that hyderabadi style with the addition of pinapple specially is genius. cos it really helps to tenderise the meat and also adds flavour and cuts down on the richness of curd and ghee through its sweetness along with the apricot!!

This is a very famous place. Here everyone can go and eat. For families there are individual rooms service where 10 to 20 people can nicely eat. During Ramadan Eid and Hajj there are orders placed by business people and they deliver hot hot delicious Biryani to the addresses given to them. Alhamdulillah!
