What stands out to me is that his sheep knew his voice even in the midst of fog! Even when you're in a foggy situation in life, God's word is swifting through out that fog! 🌫️🐑🙌🏾

I love how the sheep are all different colors yet know the same voice.
I love that we can't even see the sheep through the fog, but the shepherd knows they are there and he calls them over and over until they come to him. Jesus knows you are there even though the world and its fog tries to disappear you. He sees and keeps calling out to you. What a Savior!!!❤❤❤

Beautiful. The sheep bleating in reply sound just like the collective groan of the human race in our pain and suffering. Each time the Shepherd calls and his sheep choose to respond to his voice even in their pain, they inch closer and closer to Him.

The prophets also tell us that the kingly Messiah will be born in the town of Bethlehem--David's birthplace (Mi 5:2), and that he will one day ride humbly into Jerusalem on the back of a donkey (Zc. 9:9).

I was just reading my bible and I stumbled on John 10 didn’t really understand what it meant and saw this vid what a great chapter

Now I understand what God was saying. We are his sheep. We lose sight of our shepherd. Live in the world and get our souls in trouble. Yet one call through the fog of God's voice. Directs us back to him. You sent your son to die on the cross for our sins. Even though we are unworthy. You led us back to you. Hallelujah. Jesus is the way.

L M And Jesus loves us all, no matter where we are or how we feel. I'm led to think of the criminal on the cross next to His. All it took was a change of heart. And i'm not talking about colors. Just a broken confession of the state i'm in and my need for salvation. What can i fix nailed through hands and feet, no one i can go back and say sorry to or repay debths to, no time this is it. About to die, i open my heart and pray. And He hears and delivers the message of today you shall be with Me in paradise. What wonderful Lord we serve. He is with us and for us. 23 the sheep comes to see the shepherd, 4 quickly leaves, then another 4, and then 2 more. One hangs around refusing to eat the food being offered. Interestingly, 12 stay and eat. Brilliant! Thank you for sharing the video.

yes, the faroese language is very close to old norse, but yet unique in itself. in the end of the clip you can hear the similarity/difference to norwegian. the people of the faroe islands have always had a special and close relationship to norway and can easily make conversation. i was in beitostølen a few weeks ago for skiing and experienced the bond first hand :)

What's beautiful as well is that though the shepherd has to call a few times he understands that the sheep has to make sure it's his voice they're hearing but you can see that his voice catches their attention, they begin to look up! This had me in tears thinking about how God is a shepard and we his people are the flock. This shepard in the video called the sheep and they knew his voice…. I want to keep knowing Gods voice. How the Shepard gave them food to eat is the same way God loves cares for us. God is a protector and a provider. So powerful.
