I work in a big Public Sector Bank; we manage everything happening at our branch. Administration, staffing, service, sales, demands from local government. It's like we have taken a franchisee of XXXX bank, and we are responsible for everything.
I am not complaining but just wanted to spill some tea.

After increasing abilities of artificial intelligence mba will relevant or not?
Some insights i got from seniors: because loans are so easily available, students don't usually look at the fees. Howeve, after a couple of years of working post mba, many people start looking at options, switching to desired roles that they couldn't get during placements, some wanting to take a break, some wanting to start something of their own, none of this becomes possible as the EMIs take away your flexibility especially if your ctc is 12, 13 lpa and your tier 2 mba fees is 20.

Talk to the folks who studied and passed from blr 5 years ago. They will give you the best idea. In my book it is a tad higher

Sir, I've got admission in FORE pgdm (core). It has a fees of approx 19lakhs and talking to the students, this year the average and median has been somewhat around 10-12 lpa ctc. But my main concern is there is going to be a considerable increase in batch size this year with 600 students in current campus and 120 students in a new gurgaon campus.
With the current market conditions, it is worth it to join a college with such a huge batch size?
Would really appreciate your advice on the same
It is all worth it, if you are able to be in top 50 people in the batch academically.

Congrats on getting a great score in CAT,I have 2 yrs of gap due to govt job prep and if i give cat this year it would be 3 years when I start mba next year. So should i enroll in a masters program this year and take cat next year with better prep and limiting gap yrs to a total of 2 and also getting extra points due to masters?
@@AnrichPosting masters will not add any additional score in composite scores of most institutes.
Better is to try find any kind of job, by any I mean any. Prepare for cat simultaneously. Work Exp points will take you places.

Hey bro I am totally confused in my life. After graduation, I joined a bank as a clerk with a ctc around 7 lpa. If I continue here with a good performance then within 3 years I will get promoted to assistant manager with a CTC of 12LPA. I am confused about whether to continue in my current job or look for an MBA. Talking about my interest I like banking very much. And talking about my current job there is no pressure on sales as such you can leave branch sharp at 5 o'clock but if you want a promotion then you have to stay for 2-3 hours extra and make some sales as well. Pls provide me with some guidance which can be the best career option for me right now.
Don't leave ur banking job .. wait for atleast 2 years to see the market situation
Yeah.. if two years later salary is even comparable.... Anywaz you won't have loan... With proper investments you are gold. But if you have an educational penchant... GMAT

KJ is good. Now your appetite for another year of prep depends on your present condition today money wise age wise... If you feel you have more to offer... Hard work wise you can try again else KJ is good

Bhaiya, i am aiming for ipmat , it is worth it , i don't know literally 40 lakhs in min fees and go upto 50 lakhs . After 6 years, will it be able to provide me with a placement with which i will be able to pay loan upto 30 lakhs . And also i am confused, my father has a grocery shop, sometimes, i think whether should i even go for iims .. because i heard that's people after iims work 14 16 18 hrs per day. IPMAT is very money intensive. If you have cushion of money, then yes. Else a normal BBA and Bcom should do. You can always write CAT and do MBA in the best collges

@@storytellershouvik actually in BA economics Hons we had Statistics as a subject and it was full of probability and Calculus, from chi squared test, test hypothesis every topic was full of hardcore maths.
We even had optimization methods as a subject full of multivariable calculus
I am excellent in arithmetic, basic algebra, geometry, trigonometry, co ordnatr geomtry
But Calculus, Probablity these complicated topics beat the hell out of me. I had to suffer too much in my eco honours for these subjects.
In mba also we will have operations research, Satatistics. So i am already having like anxiety attacks 😂😥.
That's why i am asking these questions.
And what is your remark about the HR programm of IISWBM dada??
