Sound like a yummy snack! I would mix brown sugar and some cayenne pepper and spoon it on then. That's how I make my crack Bacon, but I've never put the Bacon on a cracker in the oven. Thanks for the great idea!!

Great idea!! They are delicious. We made some more this evening for a snack, and we used candied jalapenos for the fresh jalapenos. It was delicious. The spice in the cayenne pepper would be delicious on the bacon and the cracker.

Instead of brown sugar was thinking of substituting with cheese than maybe a drizzle of mikes hot honey after it is done
