    Damn I’m so glad this came in my recommended! I enjoy powerlifting style training and I’ve never ever known that the reason why my gut extends even whilst lean is coz of im neglecting the TVA training! Thanks for the video

      Honestly to make it easier google “menno henslemans ab spot reduction” he explains in detail the study as well as why they couldn’t figure out spot reduction in previous literature!

      It works well especially with the draw in maneuver! This video wasn’t so much a “do only these exercises” but more so the type of exercises and theory behind it
