Good presentation with helpful evidence based information that one can use. Thank you.
Oh what a surprise-a mostly plant-based, whole food diet is best. It’s the diet that every single health study finds in their results. Literally EVERY SINGLE STUDY finds this. Guess what diet is bet for the ecological crisis? A mostly plant-based whole food diet.
Every single study?
I hate the way the people throw out Vitamins like they are for everyone. My Dr. put me on Vitamin D a few years ago and I had a massive 12 hour headache. Was not sure it was the V-D so I did another dose again a few days later - BAM - another massive 12 hour headache. A headache you cannot get rid of. I threw the rest of the bottle out. I will never touch it again
Outcomes used? Sample sizes? Data sets? Effect sizes - please risk values are useless. Otherwise what you are saying holds no weight in my opinion
just stop pushing yourself to exhaustion and get more sleep
NOPE. Diet matters. It’s the most critical part of body health.
@@andrewzcolvin There is the critical five: Diet, exercise, rest, genetic testing, and surveillance.
