Please don’t question making a tutorial because you don’t spit out a painting like an AI program. I’ve been watching tutorials for 6 years, including from a guy who was an art and lighting director for Disney, Pixar, Lego, and video games and the most elite of them all teach that painting is about problem solving. Going back and forth until it is as you like! Nevertheless, you were the swiftest of about anyone in your painting, knowing where you wanted what colors, and you’re a terrific teacher. I subscribed to your channel before you finished. Please remember the voice that makes you question yourself is your inner critic. Don’t listen!!! Make more beautiful videos (I know it must be so much work) teaching students who want to learn from you. And how can they learn from someone who isn’t human? Give yourself grace and look at what you’ve done according to the finished pieces. The process of getting there? That is what your showing us - how to problem solve and figure things out. With warm wishes I look forward to your next videos. ❤

i started learning the bob ross way and its great , but your way is a lot more refined and just the tip on using smaller blending brushes alone is worth the sub , no more using the Big brushes for me , Thank you , your a wonderful artist.

Hi Amber, when mixing the orange and the darker clouds, how are you not getting any greens .. I loved this tutorial I dudnt see this and tried painting this but this really helped thank you ❤

The canvas that you're using its very nice one, wich brand is it?
Love your work! Is there any particular reason you use different mediums for different pieces? Like Glakyd for one and Refined linseed for another, or Poppy Oil... Just as the feeling takes you or does one kendntwekf better to a painting then another for you?

Thank you so much for following along! :) Yes I will do for beginner tutorials. For this one I didn't want to be moving the camera every 10 seconds but for future tutorials I will take that on board

Amazing tutorial. Thank you so much! I’m a beginner with Oils and am trying to learn from other artists how to manage mediums, layers etc.
I am wondering, for this particular painting, do you use the same amount of Galkyd for the entire painting or did you add more fat/oil as you went ? The tutorials makes it seem like it’s only one main layer. Did you wait for the paint to dry at any point during the tutorial or was it all done in one go?

This is different to a lot of sunset over the sea tutorials, a lot more interesting, have you done a similar one in acrylics? Thank you, its a great result, im going to try it in acrylics 😮👍🙌

Your oils go on very easy do you thin them down as they look like they glide on the canvas
