I wonder if someone had the lining replaced. I know there are bag restorers who can replace the lining and transfer the original hardware onto the new lining. It looks great. I'm thinking about doing that with the caramel colored vintage Diana that I just bought. I'm also thinking about maybe trying to add brass D rings to the inside at the top like they have on the new ones so I could attach a shoulder strap.
