This is super helpful for everyone to know. It also is a plus that this tool is already included on everyone's device. Really great tutorial Sele :)

Thank you for this video - I am in no way tech savvy, and your video explains how to do this in a way that I can understand.

I’m a long time Ppt user and have made use of Ppt’s built in “Remove Background” option many, many, man-n-n-ny times. But I was unaware of the beautifully designed and vastly improved option in MS 3-d Paint. WOW! Thank you so much for introducing it to us and teaching us how to use it. Very lovely presentation, btw. (From you, I’d expect nothing less!! 😊)
    (You’re spoiling us!)

Thank you for this, going to share this with my wife as she has wanted to edit and play around with family photos. That this is no cost, the tool is already on her system, is even better!

Hi Jason. Love this! I work mostly with numbers, but fun to know how to manipulate some images, if needed. Thanks for showing both methods. Thumbs up!!

I've been struggling to do this with Photoshop - this is miles easier and perfectly adequate.

Very good trick without additional software... I will use this tip to remove the background from the images in my next Old School video !! For that, I give you a +1 ;-)

I like to ask you a question. My question is. Can I make a template, with only the printed text I type on the template and not have the back ground print out? Let me explain more what I am asking. When you open word the default page is a white page, you can start typing text. What I am trying to create, if at all possible is a template of a scroll paper as a template with the color background, and where you can see the top and bottom of the page rolled up like scroll paper. I want to see the picture of the scroll paper as I type on the template, but when I send the document to the printer, I do not what the background of the template to print out, only the text. The reason I do not want the color background of the template to print out is, when I print the document I have the actual scroll paper and I will load that in the printer to print out on the scroll paper I load in the printer. Is such a template possible or am I asking too much?

If you are printing on the scroll paper then it's best to not have the scroll paper on screen. You can set the printing margins and page size so that it fits withing the area of your scroll paper even if you don't see the image on screen.
