Thanks!!!! There’s no need to dress up at all… no dress code even for gala night. Some people did (we have fun once a cruise gettin doll’d up😎) but some people didn’t… your choice. Love that! 😊

Thanks! Absolutely you can order more than one entree! In fact, you can order whatever you would like… the head chef was very clear that if you want something not on the menu, and they have the ability to prepare it for you, they will happily make it! What a way to cruise!😎

The shot of the lobster tail with the drawn butter being poured over it had me swooning. This really looks like an extraordinary cruise, and I am eager to watch as much of it as you feel like posting.

so is the gala night in addition to the usual formal nights or is that what they call the formal night within yacht club?
Gala Night is just the Yacht Club version of formal night. On Meraviglia, it coincided with the formal night that was happening on the rest of the ship. We’d imagine they usually schedule it that way so that everyone onboard is dressed similarly.

You both CRACK ME UP! Do you have to dress up for gala night in the YC restaurant? Also, do they have a standard menu that they serve every night for picky eaters (teenagers that only like filet mignon)? Thanks for the video. Very helpful.
On our cruise, some folks were dressed up and some folks were wearing “regular” dinner attire. It was really up to the individuals. And they did have a part of the menu that was consistent from day to day… steaks, shrimp, fish. But… one of the incredible benefits of Yacht Club is that the chefs will cater to you. If you have a desire for something (and as long as they can prepare it) they have no problem making it for you. They were very vocal about asking for something special if that’s what we wanted. It’s just an incredible experience! 🤩😊🤩

So hoping you get your YC bid… it’s just an incredible experience unlike any other at sea. Our Seashore trip last year was pretty great… and we weren’t even in YC at that time! 🤩🤪🤩

Do you have an assigned area for yacht club members in the theater?
Yes. A separate entrance to the theatre also… just flash them the wristband and boom, you’re in and headed to the special reserved YC area.
Plus, if that isn’t enough, you can have a butler escort you from the actual Yacht Club to the theatre! 1st class and pampered all the way! 🤩🤪🤩
Why didn't Chris dress appropriately for Gala night?
Chris is his own man. Someone’s idea of appropriate doesn’t really factor into his life… Fight the power!🤪

Could you be more specific; what was uncomfortable about the theater seating? Width/padding/legroom etc.
Ha! The drama was about legroom. It was a problem for him… Chris is just shy of 6’3” tall, so it won’t be a problem for most folks.
My husband is Chris sized. Any tips for a front row seat where he can stretch? Tip the Yacht Club concierge etc?
So so sorry. We didn’t get a notification and just saw this follow up…
The railing at the front row of the Yacht Club section has a gap at the bottom, so legs stick out a little bit. We had no problem getting the front row at each show. We arrived about 10-15min before the start.
Hopefully they don’t move the section, though, because there are seats with very little legroom.

Yes! And the absolutely wonderful thing about Yacht Club is that, as long as they have it, you can order pretty much whatever you want/however you want it and they will make it for you… what?!?!! 🤩😋🤩
