YES, he should be the next guest character for Mortal Kombat. The Ninja Turtles were guests characters for Injustice 2, so Shredder should join MK.

It is so CRIMINAL that no one is suggesting Shredder. I shouldn't even explain why he's so god damn perfect. And on the plus side they've already added the turtles in injustice 2. So adding The Shredder should not be a problem what so ever.
One of the biggest problems with guest characters is that the people who own them have to be okay with them getting ripped apart
based on most of shredders deaths im sure their fine with it, hell they probably encourage it

We can’t forget about 2012 Shredder as a costume, also imagine if they get the same voice actor for intros.
I already have a fatality in mind, Shredder can call in some Foot Soldiers, the ninjas can be throwing some shurikens and pinning the opponent to the floor by their feet with a katana. And the Shredder comes through the air diving with his blades extended and goes straight through the opponent.
Maybe Shredder would slice the opponent up into bits like how a cheese shredder shreds up cheese
Guest characters I'd like and would fit well: Pinhead, Judge Dredd, Ash Williams, Buffy, Hitgirl, The Mask, The Bride, Neo, Xena, and Raven

Shredder will appear in MK1/MK12, he technically appeared in an M-rated game in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 as a skin, so maybe he’ll be in MK1 very soon!!!
