    U gave really good explanation but the oxygen dissociation curve will shift to "right" and not to left as O2 binding capacity has decresed.

    why it Fe2 become Fe3 by losing electron. it should have been Fe1 from losing its electron.

      Noooooo. It is an oxidation reaction. What you wrote means that Fe2+ lost 2 electrons. Fe3+ has an extra proton (positive) meaning it lost 1 electron (negative).
