I'm that one person who's okay at being a crewmate, but the worst impostor ever. The times I win, I'm mostly carried by the other impostor :/
Im an amazing crewmate, so i speedrun tasks and can catch impos easily. BUT when im inpo im to scared to fake tasks. Me not doing tasks = me being the impo. Also im to scared to kill lol.
The thing with being good at one side makes your other side worse. I'm way too good at crewmate so I have to constantly change my imp game. Pikmin 4 (Altrive, he's on a bunch of Alpharad vids) is a good example of someone who's good at imp (surprisingly) simply because everything he does even as a crewmate is sus

I was about to say... What if Fall Guys are the ancestors of Among Us? In previous theories, MatPat said that the people in Among Us were probably specially bred for those missions. Well, if that’s true, wouldn’t it make sense to put the breeding pool through a series of obstacles and challenges to make them stronger, faster, and more athletic? Put them through difficult races to see who the best of the best are so you know who is ready to help create the perfect species for the job, and who needs more training? I mean, they even look similar, but there are obvious changes. For example, the Among Us people have floating hands, while Fall Guys have arms. This could be a part of evolution. I don’t think Fall Guys are very closely related to the jelly beans in Among Us, but they are likely ancestors.But hey, that’s just a theory! A Game Theory! (I always wanted to say that)

My recommendations to identify a Imposter:
- Doesn't talk much
- Walks around more than others
- Tries to split off if in a group
- Doesn't vote for anyone when there's 2 Imposters and 6 Players left
- Says he is the Imposter (if he isn't, he's a troll and you should kick him, if he is, he wants to take your attention away from a suspect, the other Imposter)
- Finds 3 or more bodies in a row
- Runs after you constantly far too close
- Is in a Room where Vents lead to from the Crimescene
- Spends his (usually) one Emergeny Meeting for giggles
90% percent of those mean nothing, if an imposter is close to you you would be dead already, and some people dont tall alot

Not talking much doesnt mean anything is they always arent that talkative, even as a crewmate. I actually do a lot of these as a crewmate and I dont get voted out. A way to find if someone is an impostor is if they stand still when there's a sabotage and starts walking after it started, or walks away from a task when the bar doesnt go up.

I think sabotage deserved more discussion. I tend to use it very actively for one VERY important reason - it creates chaos. A chaotic environment is a prime environment for the impostor. Sure, the lights are a very good one, but I tend to make heavy use of alternating O2 and the reactor. It gets everybody running all over the place. Too much information is just as helpful to the impostor as too little.

Yeah, in my server we never vouch for the other imposter because once one of them is caught you're automatically sus and it generally leads to instantly getting voted out.
I say if there 1 imposter go in groups of 3, for 2 imposter go in 5 or around but not four,3 imposter then a group with 7 and another 2 and one separated

If you want I actually have an always win strat for discord calls.
Get down to 9 without either of you being caught.
Double kill with your partner, both of you blame each other and say you saw the other kill, as you will be on 7 the crew is forced to skip for now.
Double kill again and once again blame each other plus one other person. This will make them split the vote which means both you and your imposter can skip to tie the vote. You now have an easy 2v3 win.

Best way to get around in any map is go with an odd number of people.
If a double kill happened in a group of 5, the survivor can tell everyone in the meeting who are the impostors
Ok here’s a tip. Go into admin and look where everyone was in the admin thing then
What you wanna do is when an emergency meeting comes ask where the body was and if it’s at o2 but someone was there and
Left and someone appeared in nav they must have vented. Ask where everyone was then you could probably have the killer
Cause say for example if they said I was in electrical but they weren’t bam you got the killer. Just make sure you don’t die lol

Playing with friends near eachother includes of, "I saw their phone, it's not them" or "it's not them I helped them with the task"

The most helpful uses of sabotage:
1. Sabotage air or reactor to take crewmates away from the body
2. Sabotage reactor when it's a few crewmates left so you can win by it or kill the last crewmate.
3. Sabotage light so you can sneaky kill someone in the dark and crewmates starts blame each other.
4. Sabotage comms and doors to slow crewmates.
5. Sabotage doors to make some crewmates suspicious or make some impostors less suspicious (like closing crewmates in the pairs or sending sabotage to yourself).
6. Closing doors to kill someone.

I don’t play among us, but have been observing its growth as a cultural phenomenon in my own online communities I belong to (beatbox, vaporwave, vocal art community), and I decided to give this video a watch since I’m also a part of the game theorists community. Not gonna lie. I like this video a lot and find the information and way in which it was presented highly valuable and enjoyable. I even caught hints of CGP Grey-like moments of narration near the end. Great video, 15/10

Can you make a theory about "Little Nightmares" and "Little Nightmares 2"?
I have my own theory on the game too, but I want to see what do you think about it.
Me, my siblings, and my brother-in-laws play one night werewolf allot (the card game) and my strategy is just: always be suspicious so everyone always just doesn't pay attention to you, always move around during matches, and once I litterlay said I was the werewolf and wasn't lying. When I'm the tanner/clown/jester I always stutter purposefully or pause after being asked a qeustion, almost always works.
Doesn't work in Public lobbies, but it's still a funny strategy.
