You didn't mention the plans to do field neutering of mares, a major surgery by vets (students?), as population control. One of many horrific unmentioned aspects of this situation. Or how about the dark rings of delivery into the slaughter pipeline. Or the horses neglected and abused because romantic adopters find they can't handle wild steeds.

Funny how, as each horse is being rounded up and sold, that land is being replaced by cattle and sheep. Capturing them is really hard on them also. Being run as fast as they can for miles, injury happens, it's extremely sad how our wildlife is disappearing in front of our eyes. SICKENING

Mustang, borrowed from Spanish Mustango or Mesteño. The best Andalucian horses brought to the Americas. The same that Cowboys, typical Andalucian horse ryders. Cheers from Spain (Malaga), my American friends.

Definitely some misinformation in here. "facts" that are not, in fact, facts. The BLM could do much better with this process, both in the management and the gathering.

Nothing says American Greed more than No action. Let us give more effort to demanding More govt earmarking of tax dollars going towards the safety and supervision of our national epidemic of uncontrolled populations and Less talk about the private land owners, please...

Thank you for sharing this wonderful program. The horse made America. I am pleased our government works so hard to make sure the horses are honored and taken care of. I hope more people will watch this program so our nation's youth will have a better understanding of our heritage.💓🐎🐎

I was kid with parents in Montana seeing horses on hillside next to restaurant we were just leaving. Dad had horses at home so we were around horses all time. Locals were shocked we got horses to come too us across fencing. They were saying they were wild!

Ten years ago, my sister, nephew and I visited our aunt in AZ. We went to the Grand Canyon and when leaving we were able to see a small herd of horses running across the landscape. What a fitting sight.

Just Wow !!!! Those horses are beautiful. We got a little horse from a guy that saves them from going to be killed 🤨 he had only had a rope thing on his head. We had a friend that picked him up to train him. Awesome guy, he flat out knows what he’s doing. That little horse was so good. The boys were little when we got the horse, he let them little kids do everything with him.

I would have loved to have learned the skills of Steve (the horse whisperer) when I was young. I would have loved to have made a career out of working with horses like that. What a rewarding life. This was a wonderful program.
