I played the tigercat few days ago the first time and it surpassed all the expectations that i head for this aircraft. I always liked the design. Simmelar heavy fighters are significant worser than the tigercat. A good pilot can single-handedly win the match, against early jets and everything else. This plane blew my mind its a real air superiority fighter.

There's something about extremely low altitude flight in this game that makes landing a bitch and a half, especially when you're damaged like that. Planes automatically level out or do other weird maneuvers, they bounce off some invisible forcefield if they're landing with too much speed and pitch up way too far for some reason, and sometimes you'll just nose down for absolutely no fucking reason after working so hard to keep yourself level the whole way in. I lost half a wing (yes, the left wing) yesterday in the British V-165, and I managed to keep myself level with the right aileron and rudder. When I got to the strip, I put my gear down and suddenly I just pitch down and veer left hard. Completely out of nowhere, after perfectly maneuvering to keep her in the air all the way from the battlefield to the airfield.
That F7F duel at the start was awesome, and stuff like that is exactly why team vs same-team is a really cool match-up: Everyone is entirely equal in terms of equipment.
Play the M2 Medium with its 7 machine guns. You haven’t played it and it needs a loving the unloved video and it is truly the most sophisticated weapon system.

Phly is actually so wholesome and satisfying to watch. Even though I love war thunder, I've come to love how much this community loves phly, and how much phly loves us back.
19:28 Speaking of that, I had someone in a Fw 190 asking our SPAA not to be so useless in a tank RB game, even though we'd shot down a good 3-4 planes. Ironically enough, he J'd out the second a Hurricane got onto his tail and I was flying in to help him out(from the distance I thought it was a Spitty). So yeah, if people could maybe not do that, that'd be great.
Hangar is actually a fully modeled map. There is even a fully playable "explore hangar" mission on the WT live

the F7F is really fast BUT the XF5U was the fastest propeller driven aircraft made in the US by 1945, furthermore it was sort of like a flying wing and highly maneuverable, it would be an amazing addition to the line after the F7F

Tigercats are a HUGE pain in the ass. Most of them don't try to get into dogfight and just fly in total stealth mode and throwing a barrage of bullets right into your back out of nowhere. But if they try to outmanouver you.. Well, most of the time they fail horribly

It's funny, That's exactly how it is in Gajins Crossout. When you test your vehicle you just drive out the garage to a test range. So it's not like they aren't capable.

Hey Phly, the reason why you suddenly dont have control anymore is that airplanes have a so called minimal control speed, meaning if the speed is too low, there wont be enough airflow go actually control control surfaces. Especially inportant for the rudder if you have a one engine out situation.
Fairfield RAF for the Air Show correct? I was TDY there in 2016 for a month with our B-52’s nice base and area. Hit some pubs in town. Eight Bells is an awesome Pub.

As a German player it always amazes me how little lead the Americans need to use. Just look at 2:05, in the BF-110 you'd need to lead like twice as much
Fun fact, crossout has that test drive. Where you build and going for a test drive, you press the test button and the garage door infront of you opens up, and you can drive

Climbed up to match your alt, headed towards you as you dived. I saw you going for the Ju-88 so I dove in after you to protect my bomber. But being that my plane was stock I couldnt keep upwith you. Itd be cool to be able to takeoff from hanger. I don't know if youre aware, but in the test flight menu, theres a "Mission editor" at the bottom left that lets you fly your plane in combat scenarios

Maybe an alteration to the airspawn test flight, how about the camera zooms out and a formation of 4 or 5 of the plane you're viewing zoom by and you pilot one of them?
I pulled that out of crate a while back. Sold it and used the tickets and managed to get the porche tiger, and the me 262 bomber variant. I wasnt dissapointed as i inly really play germany

That mid-range Air RB though is why I stopped playing WT. I've never enjoyed grinding for grinding's sake, and I'm only interested in tanks as targets for CAS so I quit after I got stuck in a good year or so of that boring climb meta whenever I played the game every few weeks.
By far my favourite American plane to fly can make it back to base at 400kph on one engine and gets an airspawn with bf109 climb rate
