The actor playing the piano is Zubin Varla, who played Judas in the 1996 revival of Jesus Christ Superstar with Steve Balsamo as Jesus!

@@joeysnowy4110 Most of the actors (with the exception of Curradi, the cellist) are trying to use American accents on their solos, actually! Definitely an interesting choice.
@@shakespearetrash1521 Pretty stupid choice if you ask me. I see this a lot with UK theatre, and its totally unnecessary. These actors are completely incapable of replicating an American accent. I personally think this show would be perfectly fine with British accents.
Lol I didn’t realize this was in the uk until you mentioned it. They’re accents are good enough, especially for singing, and I doubt a uk audience would notice that they don’t sound quite right!
And while they don’t need accents, the show is very American folk-esque so it’s not a weird choice.
