The media cover for Biden for many years, now are acting like this is new.
I know that many media pundits were in shock seeing Biden at the debate. Biden has had no press conferences where he would answer questions, very few interviews, and has been the most unavailable President in modern times. The media just assumed all was well.
I think it is new (ish). Senator Biden was never like this.

I remember during the 2020 elections I saw a post that someone said when President Trump loses he will leave the white house kicking and screaming. Looks to me that Biden will be doing that instead.

The 25th Amendment Section 4 authorizes the vice president and a majority of the president’s cabinet or Congress to decide if the president is unable to perform their duties. Should the group have a majority opinion of “yes,” then the president’s powers are automatically transferred to the vice president. In response, the president can announce that they are able to resume their leadership role, after which the voting group has four full days to disagree, otherwise the president’s powers are fully restored when the time elapses. If the voting group disagrees with the president’s assertion, then they conduct a quick vote in Congress to decide if the president is unable to serve.

You hit the nail on the head. Biden's weird resuscitation in SC in 2020 made no sense, but the press didn't seem to mind. The DNC got caught in the next state, Nevada, so it's pretty obvious they were up to their usual tricks in SC too.

After watching that interview I think the only option the Dems have is to vote on the 25th Amendment, that is your only option to get rid of old Joe.

The best case scenario for VP Harris is if President Biden not only drops out of the race but resigns the presidency. This would eliminate much of the potential chaos a competition or even her just being President Biden's handpicked successor. It would be awesome to have a 2 month only election campaigns by law. Primaries would take place the same day in all states, and the elections would occur 8 weeks later. CNN and FOX would have to change business too, because there would nothing to cover for long periods.
