Well here in Florida after the 3rd harassment is considered legal harassment and you can proceed with a SLAP suit. In the past I've actually had neighbors I threatened to sue for harassment and that I was willing to toss the $1500 retainer just to shut them up. They withdrew their complaints and never bothered me again or it would have cost them $5,000 to defend themself. You got a nice little house from the way it looks and a nice yard and I don't see anything wrong with the color of the truck.......tough titty if they don't like it.

The closing was quite a big deal. Lots of ppl were just released on their own with a pocket full of psyc drugs.

@@robertwood9572 yes, but when posted they can be criminally trespassed. You have to meet certain criteria before you let a home security dog out the house.
That might be a hard one, technically in most jurisdictions the county owns so many feet off the side of the pavement. So it's like a sidewalk, you cut the grass and take care of it up to the edge of the roadway but that 5 feet (whatever it is) is actually the counties property. So was she trespassing a foot off the pavement, debatable in court. Would she win, a good possibility.

My choice and had to go to court.... Judge sided with us and asked if I thought the Mayor and Fire Chief's homes offended me ?? You’ve hit the nail on the head. I learned one of my life lessons as a paper boy. The people with the money or even just a comfortable life were generally the most miserable in themselves and when it came to tipping. They didn’t tip, even during long Scottish winters when I was wading through thick snow. On the other hand the people living in council houses who were mainly working class or pensioners living on their own were always friendly and generous. I think you need to slowly paint everything to match. The mailbox would be a nice start. Then a neon yellow garden gnome. Slowly add things in that exact shade until you paint the house...
Once I found out so many modern neighborhoods have those stupid HOA's that try to dictate the details of your house and yard, I vowed NEVER to move into such a neighborhood.
I've found that just by talking about things with neighbors (I learned after my bright green shutters), that generally, 99% of problems can be solved with just a little communication and compromise. Life is WAY too short to be obsessed by such details.
